En mouvement perpétuel, y a plein de choses qui m’intéressent. Quand j’y pense, ce qui rallie tout ça, c’est que j’ai toujours été fascinée par l’humain, par comment on se développe, comment on apprend, comme on se transforme. Et par l’autodétermination.  Non, mais, on peut tu décider nous-même de ce qui nous convient ou pas !? 

Sérieux, je souhaite que tu deviennes assez fortE et courageusE pour remettre en question la très insidieuse pression sociale qui se glisse dans nos vies de toutes sortes de façons. Tous les “il faut’ et “je devrais” qu’on intériorise nous éloignent de la vie qui nous ressemble par petits coups de conformisme. Je rêve qu'on déjoue ce fléau sournois. 

On sous-estime tellement notre pouvoir.  

Le plus tôt t’arrives à développer tes skills comme l’introspection, gérer tes émotions, négocier, mettre plus d’humour dans toute, apprendre comment marchent tes finances etc.  Le plus vite tu reprends du pouvoir sur ta vie. Et que t arrives à savoir ce que tu veux, ce qui te tient à cœur et c'est quoi les moyens pour te faire une vie à ta couleur. 

Parlant d’émotions... J’ai dit gestion mais juste pour être clair, je veux vraiment pas dire étouffer ta colère mettons pour te ranger gentiment dans une petite boîte où tu dérangeras personne. Non, je veux dire accueillir et canaliser la colère comme le moteur de changement qu’elle devrait être. Tsé penses-y, si t’es fâchéE (même juste un peu), c’est qu’y a quelque chose qui va pas. C’est parce que tu devrais faire de quoi et prendre un autre chemin que l’éternel et insatisfaisant statut quo. 

Je suis une fan finie de co-création, et d’empowerment.  


Concrètement, en ce moment, voici ce que je fais : 

- Je t’accompagne à réussir ton projet de te représenter seule au Tribunal avec Article 23 (la plus empowering  initiative québécoise récente, sans joke!) ;

- Je t’aide à acheter ta maison ou un plex à Montréal pour y habiter avec ton meilleur ami, ta mère ou ta cousine ;

- Je t’aide à acheter un chalet en gang sans que la chicane pogne ;

- Je t’accompagne à négocier un prêt hypothécaire  ;

- J’établis ta capacité d’emprunt et je t’aide à te préparer pour que ton dossier soit sur la coche pour ton futur achat, même si c’est dans un petit bout . 

Ah oui, je suis aussi la fière maman d’un super-héros de presque 4 ans avec qui je fais équipe pour qu’on se rappelle que : 

- Les super pouvoirs du coeur ont une puissance iincroyable

- Réaliser ses rêves ça commence entre les deux oreilles
