Brought on board as a key member of the senior management team to centralize and expand human resources management functions for over 700 people across six locations in this multistate and multi-company startup not-for-profit group. Introduced comprehensive workplace behavior policies, defined HR strategy, authored essential processes and policies, and ensured ongoing compliance with regulations such as OSHA, EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, and more for two distinct groups. 
•	Collaborated in establishing and expanding a new NFP division within each company, each utilizing a four-million-dollar two-year grant to fund 25 new roles for service providers, directors, and grant administrators. Worked jointly with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth integration of new divisions into the overarching missions of both Provident and NESS.
•	Standardized HR processes – by implementing an employee engagement platform for weekly pulse surveys and staff communications; deployed a scheduling tool to organize the scheduling and communication between employees and managers.
•	Managed a full gamut of human resources and people management functions, including staffing, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, benefits administration, training, and strategic planning for expansion.
•	Introduced a new employee wellness program, achieving an impressive 40% participation among eligible staff in the first year.

•	Introduced new software for scheduling and engagement, increasing employee satisfaction ratings from 65% to 83%.
•	Authored an employee handbook for five divisions across three states.
•	Realized a 95% reduction in agency/contract staff usage, saving $450K annually.

Developed a beautiful website, wrote the copy, increased profitability with an average contract of fee increase of 10-15%, and brought on 12 new contracts between 20% -25%. 
Most importantly, got candidates through referrals which provided better quality candidate and time to fill and increases business revenue by 120%.
Selected accomplishments in this role include:
* Led recruiting initiatives to realize 40% of company income with 38% of positions filled.
* Directed new policy for tracking metrics and KPI’s while signing 12 new contracts for 10-15% over company’s standard fee.
Optimized website recruiting, LinkedIn and Linkedin Recruiter, and networking resources reducing time to fill 25%.

I led up to 240 employees with 17-20 direct reports and 4 nursing homes during my tenure. Applied extensive union contract negotiations skills ( 5000 union employees in bargaining unit.) Performed leadership functions of the business units, turnaround management, revenue, employee relations, and training.

* Reduced number of grievances due to adherence to the union agreement.  
* Efficiently managed high-cost revenue centers including dialysis, ventilator, complex wound care, and complex medical units.
