During my time at KEOZ GmbH, I worked as a senior mobile app developer and played a key role in two central projects:

🔹 Migration of the customer service app for my real
The existing Xamarin.Forms application was migrated by our team to.NET MAUI to ensure long-term maintainability and modern features. In doing so, we optimized both performance and user experience and ensured that the new app was seamlessly integrated into the existing architecture.

🔹 Internal reference app for PAYBACK
Here we developed an innovative solution based on Kotlin Multiplatform, combined with Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI. The project relied on a modern, cross-platform architecture to provide a consistent user experience on iOS and Android.

With my focus on clean code, performance optimization and modern mobile architectures, I was able to contribute significantly to the successful implementation of both projects.

As a mobile architect at brandung, I was responsible for developing a mobile app strategy and was able to apply my expertise in several exciting projects for well-known companies.

Towards the end of my time at brandung, I took on the role of Scrum Master in a project for About You. Thanks to my experience from my time at real.digital, I was able to successfully guide the team to project completion.

Although I felt very comfortable at brandung, I ultimately decided to follow my passion for mobile apps – a step that has had a lasting impact on my future career path.

After the management buyout from real.digital, the KEOZ agency was formed, where I continued to be responsible for the maintenance and support of the customer service app of the real hypermarket chain until June 2021.

During this time, I ensured the stable development and smooth operation of the Xamarin.Forms-based app to guarantee a seamless transition and continued use for customers and partners.

In October 2017, I took over the management of the Apps & Voice Services team at the real hypermarket chain. Over the following three years, I played a key role in developing the team and, drawing on my experience as a Scrum Master, built a highly motivated, autonomous unit – a Scrum Master's dream.

Our successes speak for themselves:

🔹 Customer service app for real
After launching the Xamarin.Forms app in mid-2017, we not only successfully established it, but also continuously developed it and extensively modernized it in 2020.

🔹 Mobile app for the real grocery store
We developed a powerful app for the online grocery store that offered a seamless shopping experience and was successfully launched on the market.

🔹 App for the bonus program realPro
With the development and launch of the realPro app, we were able to implement a digital loyalty program that sustainably increased customer benefit.

The three years were intense, but our successes showed that our efforts paid off. Unfortunately, the team was dissolved as part of the split of real – but our impact remains.
