Enhance production workflows to improve, to minimize unnecessary interuptions, to organize staffs productivity effeciently and optimize communications efficiently ways to assign tasks to inform everyone of their assignments and responsiblity, coordinate communication within Customer Service, Purchaser and Accounts with their relavant documentation to submit and given data information to attach to them.
A relavant report to Production Manager ensures finished product meet requirements and deadlines in our basis production system . To report any identified problems to Production Manager and to solve it immediately in a daily discussion meeting.
Monthly failure equipments report for warranty claim while the returning or new equipments keep in store and submmited the document lists to purchaser for their acknowledge to key in their in date inventory control system.
Weekly report of Raw materials and equipments availability is a must to Purchase Department ensures any shortage items will be ordering fast to fill in the levels.
Daily any incoming or outgoing invoices and Delivery Orders to be collected and submitted to Accounts Department for their acknowledge receipt.
Conduct a monthly stock level check with Purchasing and Accounts staffs make sure to match the inventory system report list. Any descrepancy will deliver a written report.
Plan health and safety procedures to production line staffs ensures them are working in a friendly comfort environment as lists below:
1. Keep a clean workstation
2. Always report unsafe conditions
3. Wear protective equipments
4. Offer guidance to new employees
5. Stay up to date with new procedures or protocols
6. Use the proper tool for the job
7. Communicate hazards to other personnel
8. Stop work when needed to address hazards
