At 28, I founded my first business school. Today, I lead a group of 10+ companies — from education institutions that have trained 500K+ students worldwide, to SaaS products in AI and LinkedIn growth.

Along the way, I raised over €1M, partnered with GAFAM, and built a community of 600K+ followers who trust me to share what actually works in business.

World Health Organization

Medical Advisor

1. Strong medical skills and command to address complex medical cases both in Geneva and in the Field, providing support to field offices in emergency for MEDEVACS
2. Successful innovative tool to follow and monitor upgrading duty travel on medical grounds which is cost effective for WHO by sharing information to staff on medical reasons required to get special accommodation
3.  updated clearances in different stages, addressing difficult cases to defer onboarding process and negotiating to get exceptions base on a strong medical justification for some cases
4. coordinated successfully complex medical cases involved in administrative protection for retaliation which required a strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
5.  strong command on drafting pension found documents, ACCC, disability cases and recommendations for accommodation in the workplace.
6. Conducted efficiently medical follow up on multiples difficult cases and keeping personnel updated about their entitlements with successful return to work processes, to avoid any disability procedures

Medical Officer

1.  Innovative proposal to include non-IAC staff in medical procedures to align the duty of care for all IARC personnel, endorsed by the top management.
2. Proposition, approbation, and implementation of medical procedures in IARC Medical Services: part of document unique, evaluation of risks and prevention procedures involving all stakeholders

4.  Efficiently and effectively delt with complex cases which required out of box thinking to support senior to take decision in different ways outside rules and regulations
5. have strong advocacy on RTW process, helping hiring manager to communicate with employees to build new ways for sick personnel to come back gradually on part-time in a safe and pleasant work environment.
6.  deal with complex sick leave cases which required negotiation and coordination between stakeholders for the termination of contract in a complex medical condition.
7.  put in place connections with French medical providers and other organizations to collaborate on prevention measures for IARC personnel and dependents in travel medicine, screening of cancer, HPV and covid-19 vaccination program, emergency medical care etc…
8.  negotiate to get all IARC staff trained on first aid, the process will allow more than 350 staff and workforce to get certification and allowed collaboration between SHWS and IARC medical services.

1         coordinated covid-19 vaccination for all UN Agencies in collaboration with Italian Army to provide with my team the procurement, preparation, administration, and collection of data for UN staff, workforce, and dependents during the pandemic
2         coordinated complex MEDEVACs worldwide in extreme situations in difficult duty stations like Afghanistan, Yemen, Mali, South Sudan etc…
3         I proposed an innovative approach to deal with the mental health during sick leave caused by a toxic work environment to discuss with the hiring manager to improve health situation by moving staff in different position or duty station and I could manage to move 4 staff from the field to HQ vice versa
4         As a technical medical advisor, advised top management to monitor Covid-19 cases and to start the return to work and follow strict monitoring in FAO Health Services. This measure led to the return to the office of half of the workforce. 
5     With my field experience, conducted road safety program, led a project to get FAO driver recognized with a clear periodic medical examination aligned to one UN strategy and got the project implemented 
6.   With a preventive approach, I raised awareness among the staff who needed help to quit smoking. 2 meetings organized per month allowing staff to get together to listen to each other and encourage each other to stop smoking
7. managed complex cases involving legal, HR and insurances about non-staff medical coverage to support the finalization of treatment in the context of insecurity in Yemen, Afghanistan, Cameroon and South Sudan. 
8. acted as a panel chair for many years both for national and international staff recruitment processes 
9. As GBV focal point, participated on awareness activities and common document for Rome based Agencies for FAO
10. coordinated Emergencies in a volatile context in Yemen, Afghanistan, South Sudan, Nigeria, Ethiopia, as a medical advisor

Medical officer

UNDP

1.	led missions in the field to provide occupational health and clinical support to UN staff, negotiating to get one hospital per region for the UN workforce
2.	ruled procurement of medicines to have emergency drugs in the difficult medical context in Guinée for staff and depends which had a real impact on the wellbeing and duty of care for UN personnel
3.	successfully conducted a prevention campaign in all field offices and got 97% of participation with more than 100 persons diagnosed and treated. 
4.	started the cost recovery implementation project to reduce agency contributions by signing an MOU between the UN clinic and the insurance companies. with this success, the United Nations coordinator extended the services to NGOs and diplomatic missions
5.	conducted complex medevac cases with collaboration with UN agencies and activating ex-gratia services which helped to save lives among staff 
6.	reorganized UN clinic allowing health education for dependents in the risks of women genital mutilation with UNICEF participation after seeing mutilation cases in consultation. 
7.	participated efficiently in recruitment of more than 30 interviews as a panel chair, this activity helped me to get experience to recruit talents and to support the Organization

UN Medical officer - UN Health Manager

UNHCR Geneva

1.	successfully conducted in a record time lots of clearances for urgent missions in the field
2.	worked to maintain a better working environment by being a key player in resolving conflicts in the unit, which earned me the supervision of the entire team to be the intermediary between the senior medical management and medical service staff
3.	participated in the building of the medical platform to facilitate data records. This helped to have quick access and views in all medical activities and to give communication to HR to finalize the process afterwards.
4.	had good command of medevacs and case as procedures with difficult evacuation in the field, having a strong relationship between all stakeholders and colleagues from different departments 
5.	worked on disability cases, redeployment of staff in hardship duty stations, addressing them for psychological assessment and giving clearances once They are cleared. 
6.	negotiated with medevac providers on common measures to put in place processes to facilitate access to medical databases to shorten the Medevac time frame. 
7.	led several crises in regional offices and support medical officers to manage difficult long term sick leave or return to work process with my approach and negotiation’s skills

Senior Medical Officer

Nations Unies

1.      led cost recovery and resource mobilization to integrate lab services and emergency, mobilized more than 50.000 USD which help to by an ambulance for the UN Clinic
2.    shared medical information and sensitization among the UN System with a strong support from UN senior management, allowing UN personnel to feel safe and confident to share their medical experience 
3.collaborated with national stakeholders to get all medical support for UN personnel, we could get stock of essential medicines to secure our UN population
4.    decided on CASEVACS and MEDEVACS in the regional context, led missions in the field to get a better idea to convince top management on new procedures to evacuate staff in difficult zones directing MEDEVACs in Bangui for the North of Congo Brazzaville. 
5. Negotiated with the regional WHO office to be part of our UN clinic, they could then divide their staff by zones, so UN clinic got more than 1000 staff and dependent and WHO contribution allowed to work efficiently with new staff in the UN clinic
6.   developed MOU with UNDSS to escort medical team in dangerous area to evacuate
7. I Got the UN clinic recognized and respected by UN personnel and be the first medical advisor for all VIP in visit in Congo. I treated efficiently all emergency cases and managed medevac in difficult context of national security.

UN Health Manager

Croix Rouge Côte d'Ivoire

1.	Social work and awareness raising in disadvantaged environments, mastery of communication and integrative dialogue

2.	I successfully raised awareness of nutritional techniques and practices for malnourished children.


3.	I supervised the exclusive breastfeeding project for 47 illiterate mothers for 6 months, following the children's growth curve and their treatment with the whole team.

4.	I actively participated in child vaccination and vitamin A supplementation by mobilizing families in my health zone


5.	I successfully carried out consultations in a difficult medical context, rationing the pharmacy rigorously and giving priority to complex cases.

6.	I have put in place SOPs to enable the proper management of resources in collaboration with health personnel by highlighting information and carrying out monitoring and evaluation to send our requests to the employer on time. 7.	I negotiated and got approval for psychological support for gender violence-based women and conducted a project over 6 months in their social insertion and business activities
