I don’t usually share much about our progress as a company, but this one is worth putting out there imo

2025 is coming to an end, and we pulled off a 70–80% year-over-year jump from 2024. This is our first year comfortably crossing six figures in revenue which is cool for us as an agency (even if that’s the weekly profit of some companies in my network or some of my clients 😆 ).

What makes us proud is that Truggl was built on hard mode. No family office. No crypto pumps. No VC money. No “six-time founder” privilege. No shortcuts. I still remember the end of 2022 a high school dropout with a couple hundred dollars from freelancing, trying to build a team and find clients worth working with. It was rough, but I’m grateful for those days.

Fast forward to 2025, as a 21-year-old (yes, I’m young af if you didn’t guess already), I was able to meet some amazing people clients, partners, freelancers we collaborated with. It was a crazy year. We worked with a couple of IPOs and even cool enterprises past $50-100M ARR. I want to say thank you to every client who trusted us. We genuinely try to deliver excellent quality for them.

And to be transparent: this was the hardest year I’ve had so far. We shifted from one-off projects to full-funnel builds, which meant handling a volume of work we’d never touched before mass hiring, managing external teams, tighter turnarounds, everything scaling at once. If you saw me on a random Tuesday, I probably looked half-awake, posture destroyed, eyes drained, juggling long-term strategy and client priorities with the team. But we kept going.

As 2025 ends, we’re unfortunately closing new slots due to workload. But with 2026 around the corner, we’re excited to help more teams build video funnels and design campaigns with stronger creative systems.
