I have so much to say:

1- Week three I thought we were cooked

The target felt impossible. So I stopped caring about the goal and started stress-testing everything: me, the team, the offer, the systems. 

Turns out that's when things started working.

2- We built a real pipeline machine.

I spent 30 days in New York.
In Europe that would’ve been “a nice trip.”
In NYC it became a f****** accelerator.

I flew there part of a sprint.
Grow Earleads to $1M ARR in 60 days.

The second I landed the challenge stopped being a goal and became a character I had to inhabit.

Because this city has a way of asking you: 

“Who are you becoming?”

I started telling people my story.

The challenge, the timeline, the pressure I put on myself.

And for the first time the story didn’t sound crazy.

It sounded real. Believable.

Something someone in this city would actually do.

That storytelling opened rooms.
That confidence created velocity.

Documenting publicly made people root for me.

And momentum made the next step obvious.

In 30 days I added $400k.

Not because I found smarter tactics.

But because I stopped holding myself back

Your identity is your biggest constraint.

Your environment is the fastest way to rewrite it.

NYC didn’t change my skillset.
It changed my internal permission.
It made what felt aspirational feel possible.

And that tiny shift turned into revenue.

I placed myself where confidence is the default.

So when people tell me you can't build an actual business with a remote culture, I smile and always answer the same way:

"Don't project your inability to hire A players and failed management skills as a general rule that must apply to everyone"

Well… I don't really say it this aggressively but a part of me would love to.

My hiring strategy is dead simple.

Build in public. Be authentic. Share good vibes. 

And this was enough to make talents come my way.

Each of them came inbound through my posts.
Each of them operates with high agency.
Each of them thrives on ownership.

That's the culture at Earleads.

Currently sitting around $890k in ARR.

48 days ago at the start I was at $510k.
Currently have $400k in proposals sent.

Most people advised me not to launch this.

3 sentences I heard before pulling the trigger:

1) "Instead of going for $1M and doubling your ARR in 60 days, go for 750k, so you're sure you can do it, and if you do more that's even better."

2) "This is not a normal growth rate for a business like yours. You're an agency, I believe your AI native framing is BS. You won't do it, be pragmatic."

3) "You're gonna burn yourself. You're already at 510, if you close the year at 600 it's a 300% growth from 2024. It's good no?"

I get it.
Playing it safe is comfortable.
Setting "realistic" goals is what smart people do.
Being "pragmatic" is how you avoid disappointment.

But the goal of this challenge was the exact opposite.

I didn’t want to be realistic or pragmatic. Just push. 

And as if the challenge wasn't hard enough, 
I document everything in a daily newsletter.

Every win. Every loss. Every lesson.

Honestly this was the best marketing, sales, and business decision I've ever made.

The transparency created trust.
The daily updates built momentum.
The public accountability positive pressure.
The documentation became our differentiation.

$110k to go.
$400k in active proposals.

We're not just closing deals.
We're rewriting the playbook on B2B GTM.
We're showing every founder that the old way is dead.

The sprint isn't over
The story isn't written
But the math is mathing.

Today marks the end of the road to $1M in ARR. 
Did we make it? 
I'm not gonna tell you today.

What i can tell you is this challenge changed me.

Not in some abstract "i learned so much" way that everyone says when they finish something hard.

I mean fundamentally different operator.

60 days working 7 days a week. 

No breaks. No excuses. Just execution.

And somewhere in that grind i discovered i have way more capacity than i thought. 

The ceiling was never where i believed it was.

That's the real output of this sprint. 

Not the ARR number (though we'll get to that). 

The mindset shift.

Building in public forced a level of clarity i didn't have before.

When you commit publicly you can't hide. Can't make excuses. Can't pretend the systems work when they don't.

Every day was a forcing function, what actually moved the business forward? What was just noise?

More posts coming on specific lessons. On what actually worked. On where i was completely wrong.

But for now, just wanted to mark the moment.

60 days. Done.

The best investment I made this quarter wasn't in software. Last week, the Earleads team spent 4 days at Sunshine Surf Morocco.

Waves, good food, actual conversations, and deep work sessions.

We solved a 3-month-old strategic problem in one sunset conversation. We mapped out our next revenue stream while watching the ocean. We remembered why we actually enjoy working together.

Is the US better than Europe? 

I spent 30 days in NYC and it rewired something in me.

Here are 6 lessons I got slapped with:

1) Someone else sold my story better than I ever did.

I watched an American introduce me with more conviction than I’ve ever introduced myself with.

He shared my track record in 10 seconds flat, things I've been downplaying for years.

Europe trains you to stay quiet, to dress ambition as humility. NYC taught me to own my narrative without apology.

2) Everyone talks business. 

I sat in a random coffee shop and overheard two 16-year-olds workshopping a startup for real estate agents. Right next to them, a 50-something founder casually negotiated a $1.7B acquisition over the phone.

Money, entrepreneurship, and ambition are part of the culture.

3) Ambition is not arrogance but the default. 

In Europe you share your goals and people diagnose you with delusion. In the US you share your goals and people ask how fast you plan to hit them.

Completely different emotional infrastructure.

And damn, that shift felt like breathing clean air.

4) Standards recalibrate when you see them live.

I thought I worked hard. I thought I was doing enough. Then I landed in a city where enough is basically the warm-up.

They don't even glorify the grind, it's just what happens when you're actually building something that matters.

5) Energy is a resource. NYC has too much of it.

And I'm not romanticizing hustle, it’s physics.

When the people around you are building, pitching, testing, asking, failing, trying, you get dragged into the current.

I didn’t need the city.

But damn it felt like the right place to get punched awake.

6) You don’t need to move to the US but pretending you don’t need the exposure is delusion.

I've talked to too many European founders who call their market "good enough", convincing themselves a trip won't change anything because admitting it would mean confronting their own glass ceiling.

I just got back 2 weeks ago and i am already planning my next trip.

So is the US better? Both have value. 

But if you're building something that demands speed, clarity, and zero permission, you owe yourself at least one trip to see what operates at a different altitude.

You might come back the same.

But I doubt it.

4 years ago I thought I could automate sales. 

I knew neither how to sell nor automate...

Back then I was selling digital 3D training experiences to retail companies.

The buyers were store managers and commercial directors who barely checked LinkedIn let alone replied to cold DMs.

So I built my first GTM system the only rational way: manually.

Every message written line by line. 
Every company researched by hand. 
Every profile visit tracked in a spreadsheet.

It was painful. Slow. Humbling.
But it taught me a $1M lesson:

Before you scale anything, you have to earn the right to scale it.

The v1 of any GTM system should be you. 

Testing messages. 
Reading every replies. 
Noticing tiny patterns no AI could see.

At one point, I manually went after 200 prospects over 50 days. 140 accepted. 83 replied. 20 booked meetings.

That data became my first repeatable motion.

I proved the loop first. 
Then and only then I started automating.

Tools like Clay and n8n didn't replace the work. 

They just multiplied what already worked.
