I’m a classroom teacher turned project manager, training specialist, and education consultant, on a mission to support educators and students in meaningful, sustainable ways.

After 12 years of teaching general and special education in grades 1–5 across diverse California districts, I wanted to expand my impact beyond my classroom walls. I now help school systems, education organizations, and institutions improve literacy practices, teacher training, and instructional systems, grounded in research and evidence-based practices.

My work blends deep instructional experience with systems-level thinking. I’ve served as a project management consultant and auditor for a statewide Science of Reading audit, evaluating educator preparation programs for their alignment with best practices.
