📍 Step 1: Know the Founder's Voice

Before I open any AI tool, I need to know the founder—like really really know him. 

This is non-negotiable:

• I read at least 50+ posts/published content and analyze their writing.

• I listen to two hours of their speaking engagements or the deep onboarding call.

The questionnaire I sent over during the onboarding process makes this step easy. 

I absorb their rhythm (cadence), their words, style, vision and their core beliefs. 

This human effort is the undeniable foundation for the AI's voice. 

Because ultimately, you cannot correct the AI for “wrong voice” or bad writing if you don't truly know what the voice should sound like.

📍 Step 2: Find the Data and the Angle

I anchor the content in real-time data and guarantee client separation.

• Separate Chats: I create a dedicated 'Chat' (or folder) within Claude and ChatGPT for each client. This prevents any mixing of voices or data.

• Prompt for Perplexity (For Fresh Data): I need a summary of the most significant, non-obvious developments in [Client's Niche] in the last 7 days. Focus on 3-5 specific breakthroughs or regulatory shifts. Include source links.

• Prompt for Claude/Qwen (For Thesis Ideas): Based ONLY on the research, generate 5 unique, non-obvious thesis statements a visionary founder would hold. Each must challenge a current industry belief.

📍 Step 3: Draft and Lock the Voice

The AI writes, but the voice remains 100% the founder's.

• Voice Setup (One-Time, Per Client Chat): 
Analyze the founder's voice (provided previously) to define their Tone, Rhythm, and Vocabulary. Refer to them as 'The Founder' in all future tasks.

• Drafting Prompt: ACT AS 'THE FOUNDER'. Write a LinkedIn post based on this thesis: [PASTE THESIS]. 

Structure: Hook, Context, Insight, Evidence, Conclusion, CTA. 

The language must be practical, avoid fluff, and stick to The Founder's defined tone.

📍 Step 4: The Final Veto Check

Quality at scale demands a structured human approval process.

• Approval System (Via Docs/Notion): The status moves clearly: 

DRAFT 1.0 → NEEDS REVIEW (Founder edits) → APPROVED - READY TO GO.

• Veto Gate (Ocoya): The approved post is loaded. A mandatory notification is sent to the founder 30 minutes before publishing. 

If they don't manually veto it, it publishes automatically.

This is the system that scales consistency while retaining the integrity of a founder’s voice.

I've studied 120+ LinkedIn hook formulas and post structure templates
(Here's why I disapprove of 95% of them)


First, stop obsessing over formulas.

We live in an age where people are so obsessed with templates. Without understanding why they actually work.

For context:

Since I started ghostwriting for Web3 and Crypto founders, I've noticed a pattern. Especially with rising creators.

Someone comes across a big creator like Jasmin Alić. They see his post structure. His image design. And they immediately try to copy it.

Word for word. Format for format.

But here's what I discovered after scrolling through YouTube for 8 hours searching for practical LinkedIn growth strategies:

95% of the tips and "strategies" online today are pure crap.

I'm not saying this for clout. I'm saying it because it's true.

The ONLY videos that suggested anything helpful were interview clips of Jasmin Alić on The Futur podcast with Chris Do.

Everything else? Regurgitated nonsense.

Here's the problem with formulas:

They give you the "what" without the "why."

→ "Start with a one-liner hook"
→ "Use line breaks for readability"
→ "End with a question"

Sure. That works. But do you know WHY it works?

Because if you don't understand the psychology behind it, you're just copying someone else's voice. And your audience can tell.

Templates are useful as a guide. I'm not against them.

What I'm against is blindly copying a post structure or hook formula without understanding what makes it effective.

Because the moment that structure stops working, you're lost.

Here's what actually matters:

1. Understand the psychology

Why does a one-liner hook work? Because it creates a knowledge gap. Your brain wants to close that gap, so you keep reading. That's the principle. Not the formula.

2. Adapt to your voice

Jasmin Alic's structure works for Jasmin Alic. Your structure should work for you. Study what others do, why it works. Then make it yours.

3. Test and iterate

What works for someone else might not work for you. And that's fine. The only way to know is to post, track, and adjust.

4. Focus on clarity, not cleverness

A hook doesn't need to be fancy. It needs to be clear. If people don't understand what your post is about in the first line, they're scrolling.

If you're blindly copying templates and wondering why your posts aren't landing, this is why.

Formulas are a starting point. Not the finish line.

LinkedIn creators are losing their personalities to AI.
(And It's killing their engagement)

Don't get me wrong—I'm a huge advocate of using AI the right way.

In fact, I have an entire AI-automated content system I set up for my ghostwriting clients.

But here's the thing:

To use AI the right way, you first have to know what you should NOT use AI for.

What NOT to do:

1. Don't let AI replace your thinking process

AI can help you brainstorm content ideas. It can iterate different angles. It can repurpose your content across formats.

But it can't think for you.

If you're copy-pasting prompts and publishing whatever comes out, your content will sound like everyone else's. Because everyone else is doing the same thing.

2. Don't let AI write your experiences

AI didn't live your life. It didn't close that deal. It didn't fail that launch. It didn't have that conversation with your co-founder at 2 AM.

If you're using AI to write stories you haven't lived, your audience will know. And they'll scroll past.

3. Don't skip the human edit

AI gives you a draft. Not a final product.

If you're posting AI-generated content without rewriting it in your voice, you're posting content that sounds like a robot. And people don't connect with robots.

Here's the right way (at least how I do it for clients):

1. Start with your brain, not the AI

Before I touch Claude or ChatGPT, I ask the founder to talk through their thoughts. What's the insight? What's the story? What do they want people to take away?

AI comes after I've captured their real voice.

2. Use AI to structure, not create

Once I have the raw thoughts, I use AI to help organize them. Clean up the flow. Tighten the language. But the core idea? That's always human.

3. Edit everything in the founder's voice

I have a voice guide for every client. AI helps speed up the process, but the final post sounds like them. Not like a prompt.

4. Test and refine based on data

AI can suggest what might work. But only your audience can tell you what actually works. I track performance and adjust. Not based on what AI thinks, but based on what people engage with.

The goal isn't to eliminate AI. It's to use it without losing your personality.

Because at the end of the day, people don't follow accounts. They follow people.

And if your content doesn't feel like it came from a real person, no one's sticking around.

→ Created and deployed bots for Telegram communities
→ Drafted whitepapers
→ Crafted viral narratives and marketing strategies
→ Ghostwritten for AI, Web3, and Crypto founders on LinkedIn (this one got the biggest results)

That's a lot.

And if you're reading this, you've probably done the same. Jumped between roles. Tried different things. 
Beat yourself up for not having it all figured out yet.

You might've even called yourself confused. Directionless. Unfocused.

But here's the truth: you're not cursed.

Especially , if you're multi-talented. Because that comes with its own challenges.

Yes, it's unsustainable to do everything at once. I won't lie to you about that.

But you're not broken. You're just still figuring out "your thing."

And until you find it? Keep going.

The skills you're picking up along the way aren't wasted. They're building something you can't see yet.

So if you know someone like this—someone still figuring it out—don't beat them up. Extend grace.

They're closer than they think.

The LinkedIn algorithm isn't broken
(You're just posting the same thing as everyone else)

Quick context:

Everyone blames the algorithm. Or the "shrinking attention span."

But that's not the problem.

The problem is there's an abundance of garbage on social media. And your brain is designed to filter it out.

Here's how it works:

Your mind is built to take in new information and find patterns. Once it identifies a pattern, it switches to autopilot.

That's why you can scroll past 50 posts without reading a single one.

Your brain has already categorized them:

→ Generic motivational quote
→ Humble brag disguised as a lesson
→ Recycled advice you've seen 100 times
→ AI-generated fluff with no soul

You're not even consciously ignoring them. Your brain is doing it for you.

Because it knows. It can smell unlived, inauthentic content from a mile away.

And here's the uncomfortable truth:

If your posts aren't getting traction, it's not because people aren't paying attention.

It's because your content fits the pattern they've learned to ignore.

The solution isn't posting more. Or using better hashtags. Or "cracking the algorithm."

The solution is breaking the pattern.

Say something real. Share something you've actually lived. Write like a human, not a content factory.

Because the algorithm rewards engagement. And engagement only happens when people actually stop scrolling.

My Uber driver almost got into an accident today
(His brain went into autopilot)

There's this thing that happens to the brain when you drive past a familiar route.

Frequent drivers know exactly what I'm talking about.

You've ever caught yourself drifting into deep thought—so deep that you forget you were even driving?

Like your brain just... took over? 😂 

That's autopilot mode.

And here's the thing: your audience's brain does the exact same thing when they scroll LinkedIn.

Yes, that experience with my Uber driver? It's the exact reason the human attention span seems to be diminishing.

It's not just social media "frying the brain."

It's the abundance of sameness in content.

Your brain has found a pattern. And once it identifies that pattern, it stops paying attention to anything that fits it.

→ "Here's 5 lessons I learned..."
→ "Fail forward..."
→ "In 2025, you need to..."
→ Generic startup wisdom recycled for the 100th time

Your brain sees it coming from a mile away. And it tunes out.

So if you're a founder building on social media—especially LinkedIn—you need to escape this zombie zone.

Here's how I help my ghostwriting clients do it:

1. Break the pattern in the first line

Most posts open with something predictable. We don't. The hook either challenges a belief, tells a story, or says something unexpected. No "I've been thinking about..." openings.

2. Write like you talk

If it sounds like a LinkedIn influencer wrote it, we rewrite it. Your posts should sound like you're explaining something to a friend over coffee, not presenting at a conference.

3. Share specifics, not principles

Nobody remembers vague advice. They remember the story about your Uber driver almost crashing. Or the exact number you lost on a bad hire. Specifics break autopilot.

4. Use real stakes

People scroll past posts that feel safe. If there's nothing at risk in what you're sharing—no vulnerability, no controversy, no strong opinion—it's forgettable.

5. End with an open loop or question

We don't wrap everything up neatly. We leave something unresolved. Or ask a question that makes people think. That's how you keep them engaged beyond the post.

The goal isn't just to post consistently. It's to post in a way that actually breaks through the noise.

Because if your content fits the pattern, your audience's brain will filter it out before they even read the second line.

Hiring founders get bombarded with tons of DMs daily
(Here's how yours can stand out and get responded to)

It's that time of the year.

Teams are hiring. Reviewing budgets. Preparing for a new business year.

If you're job hunting right now, your DMs are competing with hundreds of others landing in the same inbox.

And here's the truth: if cold DMs haven't worked for you, it's probably because you're not pairing them with an engagement strategy.

You can still fix this before the end of 2025.

Here's how:

1. Engage before you DM

Most people send a cold DM to someone they've never interacted with. That's why it feels cold.

Before you hit send, spend 3-5 days engaging with their content. Comment thoughtfully. Add value. Make them recognize your name.

When your DM shows up, it's not coming from a stranger.

2. Lead with context, not a pitch

Don't open with "I saw you're hiring" or "I'd love to work with you."

Start with something specific. Reference a post they made. Mention a project they're working on. Show them you've actually paid attention.

Context builds credibility. Pitches get ignored.

3. Make it about them, not you

Founders don't care about your resume in the first message. They care about their problems.

Instead of listing your skills, show them how you can solve something they're dealing with right now.

"I noticed you're scaling your community—I've helped three Web3 projects grow theirs by 40% in under 90 days. Here's how I'd approach yours."

That gets a response.

4. Keep it short

If your DM requires scrolling, you've already lost.

3-4 sentences max. Get to the point. Make it easy to respond.

5. End with a low-friction ask

Don't ask for a call. Don't ask for a job. Don't ask them to review your portfolio.

Ask a question. Offer something valuable. Make the next step easy.

"Would a quick breakdown of what's working in your space right now be helpful? I can send it over in the next day or two."

That's how you keep the conversation going.

Here's the reality:

Cold DMs work. But only when they're paired with consistent engagement and thoughtful execution.

If you're just mass-sending the same message to 50 people, you're not standing out. You're adding to the noise.

But if you engage first, personalize your approach, and lead with value? You'll get responses.

A large following on X/Twitter ≠ Web3 experience.
(A trend in crypto recruiting that needs addressing)

Social media influence is valuable, but it shouldn't be the primary metric for evaluating a candidate's technical expertise, product knowledge, or hands-on experience in the space.

Daniel Throssel, arguably one of the best Copywriters in Australia, does not have an official social media account. 

Andy Mukolo, arguably one of the best marketers in Africa, is barely active on social media. 

Because social media influence, although good, isn't a good enough metric to evaluate Web3 experience.

Here's what actually matters:

• Contributions to Web3 projects
• Understanding of blockchain technology and protocols
• Product development or implementation experience
• Community building and real-world impact

Some of the most talented Web3 professionals choose to build their network and showcase their work on LinkedIn instead of X. 

They're shipping products, writing thoughtful analyses, and contributing meaningfully to the space—just not in 280-character threads.

Don't overlook strong candidates simply because they don't have a viral X presence.
