As the EIR-  Growth, I spearheaded the creation of a robust growth team dedicated to nurturing idea-stage startups. With a keen focus on strategic product positioning, 

I successfully propelled over 10 startups in diverse sectors such as fintech, ed-tech, HR tech, and health tech, from inception to acquiring their first 100 customers. 

Notably, my role extended to collaborating closely with founders, facilitating idea validation, and guiding them through the process of building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). I played a pivotal role in transforming these startups from ground zero to investment readiness by developing go-to-market strategies, defining OKRs, and crafting growth roadmaps. This journey involved fostering a high-performance culture, integrating community-driven growth models, and effectively managing a $20,000 USD ad budget. 

Additionally, I provided instrumental support in helping an idea-stage startup transition from idea validation to MVP development, gaining initial traction, and ultimately becoming investment-ready.

In my role, I played a pivotal part in empowering FMCG vendors, product sellers, and farmers by facilitating their product sales through community-led initiatives. 

Additionally, I collaborated with a diverse team of over 20 nutritionists and doctors to establish a network dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles and clean eating, transforming it into a potent marketing campaign and affiliate opportunity. 

My responsibilities spanned from conceptualizing the idea to its seamless execution, covering coordination, marketing, operations, and the optimization of customer experiences. Notably, I spearheaded a successful Healthy Lifestyle Conference with over 1000 attendees, significantly boosting both sales and wellness awareness. 

Through strategic offline and online marketing campaigns, informed by comprehensive research and analysis, I achieved a notable reduction in Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC). Furthermore, I ensured users received personalized diet charts and access to recommended supplements through a tailored user flow, demonstrating resourcefulness within constraints.

Rent 8 Now was an innovative appliance rental platform I founded just before the pandemic hit. What started as an experimental project quickly took off, fulfilling a crucial need for affordable, second-hand appliance rentals for newcomers in the city.

Achievements:

Growth: We began with 30 customers and scaled to 70 by the year-end.

Revenue Model: The business model proved effective, generating recurring income with advance payments collected for 3/6/12 months.

Challenges and Learnings:
The onset of the pandemic forced us to pause operations, but the journey was immensely rewarding. Despite the challenges, I gained invaluable insights into customer needs, market demand, and operational management.
