- Worked on API Directory to Improve the User Experience.
- Developed Utilization workflows for the Marketplace enabling the dealers to view the utilization of their APIS by the Methods and the Subscribers.
- Developed Eventing CLI using OCL-IF which is available on the npm registry.
- Worked on the Elastic Search POC for the Marketplace using AWS and Lambdas

- Developed Skill Metrics Tool for determining who is the best person to solve a particular support ticket [ Reducing the Time for determining this from 6 hrs to less than a min ] [ Used Random Forest ]
- Developed Incident Management tool which leverage ml to reduce the mantis/jira issues using machine learning ( classification of defect type, case bucketing using topic modelling )
