Enterprises are treating AI like Ozempic – suppress the symptom and call it solved.

Headcount too high? AI agents.
Decisions too slow? AI summaries.
Strategy too fuzzy? AI dashboards.

None of this addresses why your org got bloated or slow in the first place.

One pilot we ran: exec team thought they had an “execution problem.” Simulation showed the real issue was misaligned incentives between two business units.

AI would’ve made them fail faster.

Leadership is shifting toward designing systems and orchestrating AI agents that can move 10x faster and better.

When I first started earning real money, I made a simple but costly mistake: I reinvested everything back into startups.

At the time, it felt right — growth, speed, long-term thinking. Only later did I realize I was ignoring something critical: my own financial discipline as a founder.

I managed to recover, but the learning was hard and expensive.
