BTW I’m Yernar, a guy who was supposed to go and be a professor of political science or whatever. Instead, I'm building go-to-market engines, closing deals, and helping great tech products grow. 

Over the last 8+ years, I’ve worked across Europe, US, and Asia with SaaS, healthtech, and services companies to help them land (and expand!) enterprise clients, scale bizdev teams, and break into new markets.

I’ve closed 5- / 6-figure deals, led bizdev teams, and built outbound engines from scratch. Whether I’m talking a founder, revops team, or enterprise buyer, I always focus on long-term partnerships. That's the most important thing.

Spent a few days last week in Vegas for my 3rd HIMSS, catching up with many of our partners and part of the Nabla team.

In just three years, we've gone from drafting basic structured notes to building systems that are climbing the autonomy ladder and taking action within deeper clinical workflows. Advances in AI architecture are helping drive interest in this next phase (👋🏼 AMI - Advanced Machine Intelligence)

The emerging consensus is clear: healthcare will be shaped by AI that operates with increasing autonomy under well-defined guardrails, while humans provide oversight and judgment, and intervene only where they add real value.
