I was bit by a startup bug 7 years ago, so I can't stop working for/on 'em :)

BTW I’m Yernar, a guy who was supposed to go and be a professor of political science or whatever. Instead, I'm building go-to-market engines, closing deals, and helping great tech products grow. 

Over the last 8+ years, I’ve worked across Europe, US, and Asia with SaaS, healthtech, and services companies to help them land (and expand!) enterprise clients, scale bizdev teams, and break into new markets.

I’ve closed 5- / 6-figure deals, led bizdev teams, and built outbound engines from scratch. Whether I’m talking a founder, revops team, or enterprise buyer, I always focus on long-term partnerships. That's the most important thing.

Haven't logged in for a while, a year or so - most people were writing in English by default. Now I see people writing in their native language more. Is it my algorithm or has LinkedIn became more local?

CEREBRA

- Accomplished due diligence process for venture capital companies (DD includes preparing financial statements including budgeting, contracts and agreements, product information)
-Evaluated competitors in terms of market share, product offering to determine strategies that would strengthen our company’s presence in those areas.
-Facilitated presentations and communications for upcoming joint venture opportunities, collaborative business efforts and for government representatives like Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace of Kazakhstan, Minister of HealthCare of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan
- Managed the integration between Cerebra software platform and business partner`s platform by extensive communication between CTO leads
- Prepared the technical documentation required by Ministry of Healthcare of Kazakhstan for approval process of medical software Cerebra. As a result certificate of medical software  was granted in December 2021.

Business Development 

Ofe Ltd. 

-Developed a business plan for the development of the elevator construction plant in Kazakhstan
- the business plan included: marketing analysis of the elevator market in Kazakhstan, project payback, management structure, expected sources of funding, staffing, the prospective construction site for construction of elevator factory, and the possibility of obtaining a preferential treatment within the SEZ (special economic zone in Kazakhstan).
- sent two Kazakhstanis for 3-6 months training "production of elevators".
- It is expected to send more than 6-8 people for training starting from August 2021.

Project Development Manager

▪ Provide an on-site co-ordination role for audit clients including planning, day-to-day
control of the audit team, liaising with clients and completing audit assignments;
▪ Work and liaise with other members of the audit team and colleagues in other parts
of the firm as necessary to provide high-quality clients service

Senior Associate

▪ Participating in all phases of a financial statement audit of national companies such as Samruk Kazyna, KazMunaiGaz, Fund UMC, and other industries representatives as an experienced consultant and senior consultant in charge;
▪ Participating in internal controls audits by inspecting control processes and
determining the accuracy of information and compliance with laws, regulations, and
generally accepted accounting principles;
