Most teams already have signals.

A target account visits the site.
Someone clicks an ad.
A few people subscribe to the newsletter.
Your competitor pops up in their research trail.

Individually, these are weak.
Combined, they’re usually the earliest sign that an account is moving.

The mistake is treating each signal like a separate workflow.
Different tools, different owners, different follow-ups, no shared context.
