• Removed keywords that sales teams kept “following up” on
• Removed countries from shared campaigns
• Removed ad copies that sounded “nice” but attracted the wrong buyer
• Removed cheap clicks that never reached RFQ (Request For Quotation) stage

Only one optimisation rule stayed:

👉 If procurement wouldn’t take this call seriously, Google doesn’t get budget.
