Everyone says "humanize" AI content. 

​The problem is that most tools just inject grammar mistakes and clunky phrasing. They sell you a "fix" for a mess they created.

 I learned the real meaning of humanizing the hard way.

​I fell for the AI’s deception. I fed it my thought process, let it draft, and asked: "Is the style right?"

​The AI said yes. It always does.

You see AI is a "Yes-Man." 

It prioritizes being agreeable over being accurate. It matches patterns on the surface but cannot feel the "soul" of a message. It will "pass" a draft that is actually academic fluff just to please you.

The lesson I learned is this:

​Stop asking  AI if you got it right.

 Ask your own brain. 

We spend so much time "prompt engineering" that we forget the time it takes to think through a problem manually is often less than the time AI needs to get it wrong.

​Yes use AI but  judge your own work manually at the end. 
And please don't judge on the same day, you ll still get it flawed. I did. 

Do your manual review 24 hours later when your head is clear.

Remember ​a perfect prompt isn’t a safety net. 

They are selling you AI and automation as the holy grail, but if you re not careful, you'll fall into the trap of believing everything it says, and doubting your own brain.

Your audience doesn't stay for your content. 

This was the title of an article I read by Mark Thomson, and it made me think. 

These days AI can generate volume content at "good enough" quality. It may also provide more data than you.  This means your uniqueness no longer lives in what you know. It lives in the emotional experience you create.

Your competitive advantage lies in how you weave your personal DNA into your work.  That's why Thomson focuses on 3 pillars:

- Stories: Your unique experiences and take on issues. 
- Lessons: What you learned from those experiences. 
- Offer: A clear way for your audience to go deeper with you once you've earned trust. 

The big takeaway?
Consistency isn't about feeding the algorithm but about reinforcing the emotional experience people have when they spend time with your work. 

This made me think: In a world of automated "perfection," are we leaning enough into our own messy, human side? and how are we adding "humanity" to our content?

The most expensive mistake in B2B isn’t bad sales.

It’s managing emotions instead of outcomes.

For years, top performers absorb client stress, over-explain, and fix everything to keep deals alive.

Looks like great service.
It’s actually silent margin erosion.

At some point, strong leaders make the shift.

Not colder.
Clearer.

Real examples:

 • Shopify removed thousands of low-value merchants to protect focus and execution
 • Salesforce enforces strict qualification and deal discipline, even on big logos
 • Apple still says no more than it says yes — to features, partners, and customers


That clarity shows up as:

 • Saying no to bad-fit clients
 • Ending free work disguised as “support”
 • Naming misalignment instead of tiptoeing around it


Empathy without boundaries creates resentment.

Clarity doesn't come from overthinking. 

Sometimes we think that if we spend more hours analyzing the same thoughts, the answers will suddenly appear.

Instead, we just end up mentally overloaded. 

And when our CPUs overheat, the best thing to do is to pause.

•  𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 "𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗼𝘀": You cannot find a solution while your brain is overactive. Take a step back and enter a state of mental stillness.

 • 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 "𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗽": When you’re overwhelmed, don't reach for your phone to "relax." Scrolling only overstimulates your system further.

 • 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 "𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀": Go for a walk in the forest or simply stare at a wall. Your best epiphanies happen when you give your brain the empty space it needs to process.

 • 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Disconnect completely to let the answers flow. 

Clarity is rarely a result of effort; it is a result of space.

If you’re feeling weary right now, stop pushing. Stop trying. Stop thinking. Step into the nothingness and let clarity find you.

Is LinkedIn dying?

The short answer: No. 
But the "Old LinkedIn" of static resumes and keyword stuffing is officially on life support.

With OpenAI launching its own job platform in mid-2026, we are entering the era of The Great Shift.

 Hiring is splitting into two worlds:

 - The Algorithmic World: Where OpenAI’s platform matches you with jobs based on verified, technical AI fluency.

 - The Human World: Where LinkedIn remains the place for trust, relationships, and "showing your work.

The risk isn't that LinkedIn will disappear. The risk is that most people will be left behind because they are still playing by 2022 rules in a 2026 market.

You don't need to be an AI expert today, but you do need to be visible. An algorithm can verify your skills, but only a human can verify your character, your problem-solving, and your "vibe."

The "Shift" is simple: Stop applying to 500 jobs. Start building one visible track record.

Ever since I wrote my first poem at 16, I knew that I would pursue creative and academic endeavours. As an "ESOL Teacher and an Administrative Assistant" at a college in Southampton, I provide English lessons to over 10 Entry 2 and Entry 3 students and focus on core skills such as communication, organization, and creativity. These skills help me build strong relationships with current and prospective students and provide valuable insights about the courses provided. They also enable me to develop a dynamic, step-by-step learning approach, which allows me to integrate different teaching methods, adapt textbooks, and engage learners throughout each lesson. Furthermore, these skills assist me in managing administrative tasks, such as assessing students' performance in the BTEC Taxi course and distributing forms based on specific criteria. The third skill helps me design lessons that emphasize not only content but also study skills that students can apply both inside and outside the classroom. As a result, students have become better self-learners and more confident in their language abilities, leading to an impressive pass rate of 80% among most students.

Beyond my educational background and work experience, I continue to develop my artistic skills by engaging with art books and learning concepts such as lighting and shading, composition, layout, and foreshortening, while drawing sketches and paintings of both transcribed and freehand images. I also write articles on various topics of personal and professional interest. Lastly, I love nature and often take photographs for inspiration.
