In my role as a Leadership and Management Skills Coach at QA Ltd, I had the privilege of coaching, mentoring, and developing Level 3 and Level 5 apprentices to ensure the successful and timely completion of their Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or Institute Of Leadership And Management (ILM) qualification. My primary focus was preparing them for the rigorous End Point Assessment (EPA) process.

One of the highlights of my tenure was the opportunity to work closely with government delegates, delivering coaching sessions at 100 Parliament St every week for five months. This experience required a high level of expertise and enhanced my understanding of the unique challenges individuals face in government roles. Additionally, I was part of the esteemed Government delivery taskforce, collaborating with KPMG to drive impactful learning outcomes and support the professional development of government delegates.

In my role, I also conducted catch-up sessions for delegates and facilitated separate sessions for those with specific learning needs. This personalised approach ensured that each apprentice received the necessary support and guidance to excel in their learning journey.
