My passion, human performance, has always been a key motivation throughout my life. It began with elite athletics as a child. Later, it evolved into sports science, Ph.D. research on young athletes at the University of Texas, and 12 years of being a consultant at UT Athletics. Developing a state-of-the-art software platform propelled me to become the coach of coaches for NFL, NBA, MLB, and many NCAA Division 1 coaches. 

Today, I focus on the human mind that suffers from an accelerating evolutionary mismatch. In other words, the technology and information revolution that surrounds society does not align with millions of years of human biology and our brain knows. As a result, anxiety, PTSD, suicide, family separation, and societal breakdown effects everyone in a modern society. In the 1970s, the epidemic of heart disease spurred the “fitness revolution”. In the 2020s, it is an epidemic of mental illness and stress, igniting a “neuro revolution”. 

Body Logic leads this revolution with the next generation’s solutions. I learned that my “systems thinking” mind had a futurist bent. What started with athletes, advanced to patients with chronic disease, and became a passion for mental well-being.

What I have always imagined, high performance systems of integrated body, mind, and
spirit began after my serious bout of insomnia many years ago. This experience initiated a journey to discover a new way, what else would a futurist do? A system to down regulate fight or flight, efficiently! Body Logic, a journey to your authentic intelligence, a personal experience, resets your autonomic nervous system.

Body Logic participants emerge through three stages of integration: (1) awareness; (2)
recognition; and (3) flow state. Each stage reduces reactivity! Imagine feeling better in seven days, it is possible with Body Logic.

Our system of neuro-resilience is the next generation beyond mindfulness resilience, which is top down, cognitive restructuring. Body Logic is high intensity embodied stimulation, bottom-up.
