Lead Qualification: New leads from forms or landing pages are auto-sorted by criteria (budget, urgency, service type), with follow-up tasks and emails triggered based on logic.

Contract & Invoice Automation: Client accepts a proposal → system generates contract → sends via Dubsado → triggers invoice → sends reminders until invoice is fully paid.
