As the Internal Communications Executive, I helped establish rigor and cadence for Ather's internal newsletter. I also played a pivotal role in revamping the intranet, making it more user-friendly and also aesthetically pleasing. I created as well as sourced content for the intranet.

I also facilitated and managed all-hands and other org-wide events and meetings.

When COVID-19 hit and we went remote like the rest of the world, I suggested and also ran employee engagement initiatives such as virtual chatrooms, and a dedicated thread on the internal social media platform where employees could post about what they had been pursuing outside of work - hobbies, side projects, etc.

As their Employer Branding Executive, I created and published content for the company on LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
