Now, I’m back in the founder seat, focusing on building a vertical AI SaaS startup. I will be building this venture in public, sharing my experiences and insights on growth and revenue strategies along the way.

In 2021, I co-founded Simplified, an AI-driven platform designed to support SMB marketing teams with content creation, distribution, and collaboration in one place. We raised over $14M from Khosla Ventures and Craft, scaled to over 17 million users.

I began my entrepreneurial journey as a solo founder, building a marketplace in New York to help people find roommates. This venture raised over $20M in capital, grew to over 5 million users, and reached profitability.

Data-Driven Insights: I collect data and look at it for hours. Later, create campaigns using them. 

Collaboration: I am an extrovert. From Brainstorming to Lunch always there with my team. I call them on Sunday’s too. 

Adaptability: Have experience in both agency and startup culture. So, I guess I can easily adapt (Toxic Culture = NO)


What I enjoy:

Social Media: My screen time ranking. Instagram > Pinterest > LinkedIn > YouTube. 

Brand Building: I convince the audience why you’re the right brand for them. 

Continuous Learning: I network with founders of agency and startup’s every weekend. (I read blogs, follow influencers/creators and explore new places) 

 Coffee: Espresso double shots.

✨ A story from my Web3 journey about two very different leaders.

Let’s start with the good one 👇

Arjun Mishra – now that’s real leadership.
He stood by his people, respected work–life balance, communicated clearly, and genuinely cared about those working with him.

When I personally hit a rough patch, caused by another company’s complete lack of responsibility, Arjun didn’t just offer sympathy, he took action.
He supported me when I needed it the most.
That kind of empathy and leadership? Rare. Memorable. Inspiring.

Now for the plot twist 🎭

Jagdish Pandya ( JP ) – a completely different story.

Salaries pending for 5–6 months.
Employees served new “expected payment dates” every few weeks, like a never-ending subscription reminder.

Meanwhile, yacht parties, INBM events, and grand sponsorship plans are in full swing.
Apparently, there’s always a budget for parties, just not for people.

I personally hit a rough patch because of these delays, financially and mentally.
The constant false assurances and moving deadlines, given after tons of follow-ups on already missed timelines, said more about leadership than any pitch deck ever could.

💬 Lesson learned:
Leadership isn’t about speeches, visions, or glossy events.
It’s about how you treat your people when things fall apart.
Some leaders lift you up.
Some leave you hanging, and still call it “building the future.”
