🔹 Very few leaders get to leave at their peak. Doug McMillon is one of them. (Lesson to all CEO’s)

🔹 He didn’t just run Walmart, he reshaped it.
▪️ Digital acceleration, supply chain modernization, a renewed people-first culture… all under his leadership.

🔹 Doug didn’t simply “manage” Walmart.
🔹 He carried it. Through disruption, through reinvention, through global pandemic, he led with a steady hand and a genuinely human heart.

▪️He listened.
▪️He elevated people.
▪️He made a 2.5 million associate company feel personal.
▪️He changed Walmart’s place in Culture.
▪️ He injected his “Savoir Faire”how real people actually want to dress.

 🔹 His words today were emotional in their simplicity:
➡️ “Serving as Walmart’s CEO has been a great honor.”
➡️ “I’m proud of what our associates achieved.”

🔹 Doug McMillon retires at the top:
