I am super pleased that LinkedIn has become a place to bash 23-yr old new SDRs.

We needed a place to showcase this and allow others to mock the horrible email or voicemail that a person has the audacity to send.

We were all new in our careers at one point.  I am pretty sure we all made mistakes back when no one knew.

Also, I am pretty sure as you type the post highlighting the horrific conversation you had on a cold call or the email that is not great that your company is probably making a mistake or two as well. 

No person, team or company is perfect and most folks are just trying to do the very best they can.

I will get off the soapbox on a Friday, but the next time you get a message or have a conversation that you think could go better, take a moment, provide some feedback and maybe even offer some encouragement.
