Vaer is an independent American premium watch brand, founded in 2016 in Los Angeles.

I advise on spending a mid-5-figures monthly budget on everything creator partnerships, influencers, and media partnerships.

I also consult Vaer on internal project management processes, CRM flows, and improving team productivity.

Lettria

Lettria is a no-code AI and NLP platform. I fulfilled a variety of product-related content responsibilities at Lettria, and owned the content on the company website.

⚙️ Technical Content:
• Responsible for platform knowledge base (using Hubspot)
• Contributing to UX writing for existing and new app features
• Creating and maintaining in-app onboarding and walkthroughs (using Pendo)

💻 Web Content:
• Owned the Webflow site from A→Z, content, design and production.
• Creating videos for Lettria's YouTube channel
• Writing LinkedIn posts for Lettria's LinkedIn page
• Writing and sending monthly customer newsletters (using Hubspot)
• Writing weekly blog posts for the Lettria blog on a variety of NLP and AI topics

• Analyzed buyer personas by participating in Customer Success efforts of the company, interacting with customers on a daily basis, solving problems and understanding pain points.

This month has been about one thing for us at Quenzy: Distribution.

Unlocking new avenues, finding the right channels, and watching people not just try the product, but begin building a habit around it.

In the process, content quietly took a back seat and i have missed writing here on linkedin! But it was quite an exciting month,

> partnered with a super fun supper club which got featured on viralbiyani
> attended a fantastic beverage founders’ meet, placed 28 cans  gone within an hour, 
> and then travelled some more to keep conversations moving.
> Somewhere between all this, I learned that when it comes to scale and volume, operations are the true backbone of any business.
> We also received our first wedding order, sending the warmest wishes to our bride. Seeing the product become part of someone’s special day felt incredibly personal.
> And in a more unexpected moment, I came across a brand retelling a story strikingly similar to why and how I started mine. It was a quiet reminder that authenticity, clarity of purpose, and consistency for each brand is so important

This phase has also reinforced something deeper: founder life is really about holding together work and life, showing up for both, even when the lines blur.

Now, back to writing more, sharing more, and documenting the journey as it unfolds.

Building Quenzy | Consumer Brand Enthusiast

Another day of discovering a new reality of building in F&B!

Most channels, quick commerce, retail, and Horeca require 70%+ shelf life remaining on products. For example,  if your product has 8 months shelf life, they want it when at least 5+ months are still left, which sounds fair.

But here’s where it gets tricky for new brands, or at least in beverages, to make production viable, manufacturers usually require you to produce 20–25k cans in one go.

Now imagine doing that when you’re still setting up distribution. Those cans are ready. But listings, retail placements, and supply chains take time. So suddenly you’re not just selling a product. You’re racing against the shelf-life clock.
