I am not bashing the idea of working for someone else.

I have, and it taught me a lot. 

I bash the idea of not taking any risk and expecting things to change.
 
Well, the law of cause and effect won’t allow it. 

I went into financial debt multiple times to start & grow my business, and it wasn’t about: 

“This is such a big risk, let’s see how it goes.”

It was more about: 

“I am betting on myself for this to work, and it will”. 

There is a different energy and vibe to that. 

So remember:

I started off in this company as the Manager for Corporate Secretarial. I established and subsequently expanded the corporate secretarial department from a sole team member to a team of 3 through handling over 5000 companies.
The function involves running the operations of the corporate secretarial department which include establishment of new companies and superannuation funds in Australia in addition to ensuring on time lodgement of the statutory documents with Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

I was then given various opportunities as follow all in ensuring efficient operational procedure is executed timely to deliver the desired results to clients:

•      Took lead to run few new divisions in the KL site encompassing accounting data entry, completion 
        of financial statements & tax. 
•	Took lead on developing process & procedures guide across all teams for KL site.
•	Involvement in the planning of work for the team to achieve the targeted productivity.
•	Develop the process flowchart for the business unit. 
•	Re-establish team to achieve productivity efficiency.

As an Associate member of MAICSA and years of practising corporate compliance, I am happy to say that one of my greatest experiences was setting up a brand new compliance department and looking after more than 3000+ companies that called for an efficient system and process in place. These experiences have motivated me to keep rendering this service with grace where my leadership and management skills are appropriately applied.
