I started here with circa 220 followers. 

No help, no connections. No personal brand.

It’s nice to be a beautiful example for anyone who comes to me for help.

Most can relate to it. 

When you have 500K followers, 5 VAs, a marketing team, and who knows what else behind the scenes, 

You can lose sight of how difficult it can be for the average creator here. 

How lonely and quiet it can feel.

It made my day yesterday because I know how important it was for her.

As for me, I didn't start my business to work harder forever and burn out.

I did start it, so I can:

1. Try new things & hobbies 
2. Take more time off to travel 
3. Work with cool and skilled folks  
4. Wire my parents €5K for no reason
5. Earn enough so I can invest early on

1 year ago, I promised myself I’d prioritize these. 


1️⃣ Since then, I haven’t tried any new hobby (shiet). 

But I tried a few new things. Recent one: Live workshops (103 people showed up for the latest one).


2️⃣ I travelled to Crete (Geneva in 2 weeks).


3️⃣ I signed up my biggest clients ever - helped 10 founders build 6-figure businesses off LinkedIn.


4️⃣ Mama and Papa are taken care of. 


5️⃣ And I made my first real estate investment. A beautiful apartment in Sanremo (no banks were asked to lend, they can go f themselves  😁). 


And LinkedIn is the sole reason all this was possible. 

I believed in the platform from day one. 

And the community I built here makes all work & consistency worth it.

I am an Executive and Career Coach and obtained International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) status in April 2013. I thoroughly enjoy working with all levels of management level professionals globally, in gaining clarity, setting career objectives and managing the career transition process. I am also an experienced career transition specialist, career coach, business owner and a former Start-Up co-founder. 

I thrive in helping my clients align their career values with career progression. I’ve been privileged enough to enjoy excellent success with clients (mainly based in FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, as well as SME business owners). One of my core strengths is cross-cultural understanding. I am very conversant with cross cultural values and cross border working environments in Europe, North America, Middle East, Australia and The Far East, including China.

I started my career as a trainee graduate on the Marks and Spencer graduate programme and transitioned into the square mile after graduating with a Masters in Industrial Relations from Warwick Business School, Warwick University. I briefly undertook a HR Research Associate role for USA headquartered Corporate Leadership Council (CLC), in London and then moved into the City. I worked as a Research professional within Corporate Finance environments at Merrill Lynch (Bank of America Merrill Lynch), Lehman Brothers (Nomura), Bear Stearns and shorter contract roles as a Senior Researcher for KPMG and Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

My portfolio of clients both U.K. and internationally, gives me an extensive and excellent insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses. I also have experience in bootstrapping a start-up from conception to execution stage and advising entrepreneurs start their own businesses. My experience as an Executive and career coach positions me well in working with mid-management and senior level management during the career management process.

I co-authored my first book entitled The Shift with two smart professionals. We met in a Business Book Club on Clubhouse during lockdown, and continued to discuss business and work. Over time, those ideas became the foundation for our book. 

Fun Fact: I got to close Tower Bridge in London in 2023 🥳 - a dream I never knew I had until it happened.
