After acquiring the starting in 2016, I spent 7 years building a strong team of 1,500 employees, 100 million in revenue, professional, dedicated, and compassionate employees across Arizona, and Florida, to transform the business, and grow its patient reach and revenue from 0-100 million with In 7 years, Haven healthcare, did home health, hospice, Pallative, and tele health, which was sold two my two other partners, currently for 2023 it is on track to hit 120 million in revenue, with my management team, and Arizona being the core foundation for growth. 

Driven by the mission to help patients receive life-changing care and comfort, I expanded the business from a 

including home health offices, hospices, telemedicine health care providers, and nursing services, with a world-class continuum of care and top level of patient service.

- Successfully divested hearing aid centers in Florida and Arizona, capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Leveraged industry connections to co-found Haven Home Health and Hospice in Arizona alongside partners Kevin and Jamin Ruark, addressing a gap in comprehensive care.
- Spearheaded the expansion from a single inaugural location to a robust network of 27 facilities across Arizona and Florida, demonstrating significant growth strategy execution.
- Engineered revenue growth to exceed $100 million through strategic partnerships, meticulous private equity acquisitions, and a focused approach to talent acquisition and development.
- Concluded a strategic exit in December 2022 by divesting ownership to partners, facilitating continued expansion and scaling of the enterprise under their vision.
