After acquiring the starting in 2016, I spent 7 years building a strong team of 1,500 employees, 100 million in revenue, professional, dedicated, and compassionate employees across Arizona, and Florida, to transform the business, and grow its patient reach and revenue from 0-100 million with In 7 years, Haven healthcare, did home health, hospice, Pallative, and tele health, which was sold two my two other partners, currently for 2023 it is on track to hit 120 million in revenue, with my management team, and Arizona being the core foundation for growth. 

Driven by the mission to help patients receive life-changing care and comfort, I expanded the business from a 

including home health offices, hospices, telemedicine health care providers, and nursing services, with a world-class continuum of care and top level of patient service.

I’m a healthcare operator and investor working at the intersection of economic structure, incentives, and control. 

My work is centered on a simple premise: independent physicians are not inefficient or unsophisticated, they are fragmented. 

Fragmentation is the enemy of leverage.

Across my work, I design and deploy physician-led economic infrastructure that allows clinicians to operate with scale, coordination, and retained economics, without consolidating clinical practice or surrendering autonomy.

The One Number That Actually Matters

The most important economic number in America isn’t inflation.
It’s not the Fed rate.
It’s not GDP.

It’s your health insurance premium.

That one number determines whether families can save, whether small businesses can hire, whether wages rise, whether anyone can take a risk, quit a job, or sleep through the night without financial dread.

Premiums are now the second mortgage no one agreed to.

They’re a private tax that’s unaudited, and always going up.

They rise faster than wages, compound like debt, and never reset.

And yet Congress and every administration treats this number like background noise.

Why?

Because actually lowering premiums would mean taking a swing at the most entrenched powers in American politics.

Not patients.
Not doctors.
Not voters.

But the health systems, insurance giants, pharmacy middlemen, and the battalion of lobbyists that feed them grapes in the shade.

Premiums aren’t high because healthcare is “complicated.”

They’re high because the system is engineered to keep it that way.

Congress has either banned or suffocated every model that could reduce costs:
	•Independent clinics
	•Physician ownership
	•Direct contracting
	•Cash-pay transparency
	•Site-neutral payments

Every one of those threatens someone’s revenue stream so they got lobbied into oblivion.

And instead of fixing prices, Washington just tries to dull the pain:
	•Tax credits
	•Medicaid expansion
	•Risk corridors
	•Employer mandates

None of these lower the price. 
They just spread the bill around.

Because the more people drown in premiums, the more they need help.

The more they need help, the more they depend on Washington.

And the more they depend on Washington, the more power those same institutions keep.

The result?

A captured system.
A crushed middle class.
And a political machine that calls it “reform” every time it sprays a little perfume on the fire.

If Congress cared about affordability, it would stop subsidizing monopolies and start opening the market.

Until that happens, every speech on “cost of living” is theater.

The premium keeps rising.
The system keeps consolidating.

And Washington keeps pretending its hands are tied.

Every time you bill a patient, you pay the American Medical Association.

Every time a hospital submits a claim, they pay the AMA.

Every time an insurance company processes a procedure, they pay the AMA.

$300+ million per year.
