I found my spark.

18 months ago, I left Marked to explore what's next.

Since then?

But something was missing.

Then I saw Brent Luyckx's new project.

We met during a PEAK Coaching dinner ages ago.
When I saw what he was building, I reached out immediately.

It just clicked.

Health and sports aren't just hobbies for me, they're obsessions.
I genuinely want to understand every detail about how to optimize performance, recovery, and longevity.

So when we talked about Superhlth, everything aligned.

I'm excited (understatement) to announce I'm joining Superhlth as CMO & Go-to-Market Lead.

Finally found that project that gives me the spark.
The one where my personal passion meets professional purpose.

And boy, I have been loving it.

I've been: 
→ Learning the tech inside out 
→ Meeting the incredible team 
→ Working on everything from strategy to execution

One of those things? A new website.

Am I a web developer? Hell no.
Do we need an upgraded version while we wait for the final one? Yes sir.

So off we go.

That's exactly what I love about the startup journey.

You don't get to pick and choose what's "your job."

You see what needs to happen. 
And you make it happen.

Some days I'm building go-to-market strategy. 
Other days I'm fumbling through website builds.

Both are equally important when you're building something from scratch.

But every single thing I'm doing helps me learn more about the product, the tech, and the user experience and it makes me better at my actual role.

You can't build great marketing if you don't intimately understand what you're marketing.

This is startup life. 
And I'm here for it.

We just created & shipped our new Superhlth website in a matter of days 🚀

Speed over perfection. 
Execution over endless iterations.

We combined 4-5 Framer templates, pulled the best building blocks, and got it live. 

The goal wasn't to create something flawless, it was to move forward and unlock the next phase of our go-to-market strategy. Whilst building our fully custom website in the background.

So we're live and ready for feedback.

Last week I told you I found my spark with Superhlth.

But here's the full picture.

After leaving Marked 18 months ago, I spent a lot of time reflecting on what actually matters to me.

Two things kept coming back:
- Working on projects that cross paths with my passions.
- Helping and challenging people, giving back through coaching and guiding.

Superhlth checks box #1 perfectly.
Now I'm checking box #2.

I'm joining Better Growth to co-host the 12-week GTM Accelerator program.

Why?

Because I've seen too many talented founders struggle with the same growth challenges:

2024: Started GTM Engineering with Clay as the main tool 
2025: Switched to n8n from late 2024, all production system made on a combo of it and a PostgreSQL database
2026? 

During 2025, I would have assumed n8n would be the one that just stuck. 

Didn't have any changes planned for a long time. 

But...

It's 2026, and I'm not spending most of my time in n8n anymore...

It's;
- Claude Code (to build/ do one-off tasks)
- Claude Agent SDK (for agentic workflows)
- Prefect (for data flows/ orchestration layer for agents)
- Postgres (on Neon as the data layer)

The speed at which this is evolving is crazy... 

I went from building lists & automations in 2023/24, to now building out whole data layers and context systems with agentic flows. 

Very curious to see what 2026 will bring.

5 ways to get more out of Claude Code;
(For GTM)

1. Keep a look at your context window; the more tokens in your current window, the higher the chances of hallucination and just bad output.
> use /clear often (this clears your current session) 
> Set up your statusline (the data you see under my text input field) by calling /statusline and ask it to show you the current context tokens
> Use sub-agents for complex work; they have their individual context windows so they don't bloat the main one

2. Don't vibe everything. Verify your outputs. (The model is good, but it's not perfect)

3. Spend time writing and thinking through your CLAUDE . md file. It'll be loaded in with every conversation. This file will have a huge impact on how 'agi' your Claude Code feels

4. Use MCP servers (most tools now offer one), making it so your CC can actually go out and do stuff in tools (pull data, write...) 

5. If you're doing the same thing twice/ often, make it into a skill/ file it can reference later (if it's a file > go to 3 and update your CLAUDE . md file). 

Probably a bunch I missed still, but hope these ones help already!

Claude Cowork just launched. 

My 2 cents from playing around with it:

Essentially, it's a UI wrapper for Claude Code (if you ask it what it is, it even says it's Claude Code).

And I've been using Claude Code a lot the past few weeks (like, a lot)

What I love about it:
- Keeps context across your entire codebase (cowork seems to be task-based for now)
- Can run commands, edit files, and test things itself
- Feels less like prompting and more like pair programming
- And it just keeps getting better. The iteration speed is crazy.

So if Cowork follows that same trajectory, I think it's gonna get huge.

TL;DR
Basically, Claude Code for non-coders.

PS. Research preview for now, so curious to see how it evolves.
PPS. Unlike Claude code connected to github, it doesn't seem to keep track of edits/ what it deletes, so with cleaning your desktop as a usecase... don't delete files too fast

2. Talking about them 

So we're joining GTM Engineer School Cohort 3 as an instructor to teach/ talk about how to use n8n as a GTM Engineer. 

We'll be going through the basics of n8n, how to think about GTM engineering, building automations, using AI, API calls... and more. 

It's starting February 16th (seats are limited) - be there or be square. 

PS. I'll be holding nothing back in terms of AI/ n8n/ automation - I'm an open book, so will be a great place to talk GTM/ ask me any questions you have as well.

Anthropic's Agent SDK is crushing it right now.

Been using them recently, and their architecture is so interesting.

Here's the tldr;

So most agents rely on tools.

You have your model/agent, and you give it a bunch of tools to do stuff.

Eg. a tool to fetch a website, read something, get data from your CRM etc.

The problem with that is that you'll end up just adding and adding tools.

aka not very sustainable.

Claude's Agent SDK is optimizing for an environment.

The agent lives inside a file system.

It has access a terminal, text editor, file navigation... 

So instead of building 50 specific tools for data analysis, you give the agent a computer and let it write its own scripts.

eg If it needs to parse a messy CSV? It doesn't ask for a "CSV Tool." It writes a Python script, pipes it to grep, and saves the result to a file.

This is starting to really feel agentic IMO. 

Very curious to see how this evolves. Also very curious how tools like n8n might start incorporating this.
