AI is collapsing the operator layer
McKinsey’s data shows companies are automating the repetitive middle.
That “operator” tier in Sales/Marketing/RevOps? It’s disappearing fast.

The highest-performing companies are building AI-first systems
Not tools.  Not experiments.  Systems.

Pipeline forecasting is becoming a machine task
Operators aren’t losing their jobs to AI,  they’re losing them to math.
