✅ I managed multiple teams (+100 FTEs) in hyper-fast operational environment (+500k units per shift capacity)

I was a leader of controlling department responsible for business planning of +100 product categories in omnichannel and wholesale distribution.

✅ I managed purchasing budget of 1.5B Pln (ca. $400M)
