I’m the President & Founder of Sazmining - a global Bitcoin Mining-as-a-Service platform that manages hardware on behalf of clients and delivers freshly mined BTC to their own wallets. ↳ Build one small integration (Notion, Slack, Sheets, HubSpot).
↳ List it in their marketplace. Users discover you naturally.

3️⃣ 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘀
↳ Add one feature that creates something users can send or post.
↳ Report, template, link, summary. Low-effort distribution.

4️⃣ 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗢𝗩
↳ Write one sentence on the problem you solve and why your approach is different.
↳ Use it everywhere so the right users recognize you instantly.

Before you build a product, build the ways people will find it.

If growth is slowing, it’s usually a distribution / partnerships gap.
Find the gap & double down.

3️⃣ Others blame sales execution. They hire new AEs. Change comp plans. Add more demos.

But the real issue... it's positioning and messaging.

US buyers don't respond to the same language, outcomes, or proof points as other markets.

You can have the perfect product and still sound completely wrong to the people who need to buy it.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝘅 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹:
1️⃣ Audit how you talk about what you do. Website copy. App store listing. Ads. Email flows. Does it sound generic? That's the problem.

2️⃣ Rewrite from buyer language — not your assumptions. Interview 10 prospects. Ask: How do you describe this problem to friends? What would make this a "must-have"? What exact words matter?

3️⃣ Test new positioning in low-stakes channels. Run 3 different messaging angles in paid ads. Measure conversion and retention, not just clicks.

4️⃣ Hire someone who understands US buyer psychology. Not just "a US marketer." Someone who's successfully positioned products for American audiences and knows how this market makes decisions.

Your paid acquisition won't scale. 
Your SEO won't convert. 
Your pitch won't land.

Why B2B and B2C SaaS GTM strategies fail in the US market - positioning and messaging framework for founders entering American markets

Was on a call with a B2B SaaS founder yesterday. 

They've spent $50k on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads over the last 3 months, but 50% of the leads were very low quality... MQL but not SQL 🥲

So my question to them was... why not build owned distribution in parallel?

Instead of: $50k → paid ads only

Try: 
$25k → paid advertising (Google, LinkedIn)
$15k → strategic partnerships (co-marketing, integrations, reseller channels)
$7k → content marketing (SEO blog posts, thought leadership, organic search)
$3k → affiliate marketing & referral programs

Controversial take? Maybe. 🤔 

But here's what I keep seeing with SaaS founders:
You do all the "right" GTM tactics — post on LinkedIn, cold emails, run PPC campaigns, test acquisition channels. But it all lives on rented distribution.

If you stop doing anything, everything stops. Nothing compounds.

𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁.

It's built through direct customer relationships, repeatable partnership channels, SEO/AEO/PSEO, word-of-mouth, referrals, community, integration marketplaces etc.

Compounding leverage over time.

The hard part isn't getting more 👀 . It's building B2B growth systems that work without you feeding them every single day.
