I created CryptoGran Academy to serve mid‑life professionals—especially women—who wonder if they’re “too late” to invest and build wealth in digital assets. Our 9‑module, four‑week cohort turns crypto‑curious beginners into confident portfolio builders before the next bull run.

Looking ahead, my ten‑year vision is bold: empower one million people to become crypto‑ready, graduate 5,000 students per year through weekly cohorts, and grow a thriving Collective and Investment Club that champions profit with principles. Everything is delivered in plain English, guided by the values Sovereignty First, Truth Over Hype, Profit with Principles, Faith in the Everyday Person, and Community is the Armour.

I’m currently assembling a small advisory circle and forging partnerships with retirement planners and financial‑wellness groups, ensuring CryptoGran opens practical new income paths for a generation so often told it’s been left behind.

I've spent over 17 years helping FTSE CEOs, C-Suite execs and entrepreneurs to find balance in their lives so they can focus on what matters most—their personal lives, their families, and their health.

My clients are obsessed with work—and it's hurting them. They're working long hours and sacrificing their personal lives for the sake of a company. They're keeping secrets from their spouses and children because they don't want to worry them about the stress of running a business. And they're addicted to the adrenaline rush that comes from the power they command both within the business and industry… but question whether that rush is worth it if it means that they have no time to see their kids grow up or spend precious moments with their spouse because they're always working.

I've been there myself, and I know how hard it is to change these habits once they've become ingrained in your life. My husband suffered from a breakdown due to work-related stress.  It was messy and painful, and it took much deep inner work to rebuild his life.

That's why I created my coaching practice: to help other leaders learn how to create healthy boundaries between work and life so that they could be present in all aspects of their lives again—and enjoy them.  

My practice offers individuals a new way of being, found through meaningful insights, and is much less about 'doing'.  This alone is often the breathing space clients need to dare to dream of a future filled with hope and purpose.

I'm a 'late life' mother to twin boys who were born in 2019. I decided to slow down the practice and be present not only with time, but energy for my sons.

The time out for parenting also fuelled my desire to add to my more skills to my coaching portfolio by studying somatic and ontological coaching.  This has added new tools for those who have the greatest amount of work pressure and enables them to distinguish between the story they are telling themselves and their emotions.  It can create opportunities for new conversations, better outcomes, and less suffering.

I now focus on helping my client to learn how to be more conscious about language (assumptions), thinking (outcome generation) and emotions (genuine connection).

As an organisation, ISMAUK exists to advance the education of the public in the field of biological stress.

The work of ISMAUK and its membership includes providing advice to members of the public and Employers/organisations, and includes supporting the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) in the delivery of their requirements for Stress Risk Assessment and the implementation of the HSE Management Standards.

Working with FTSE 500 companies to develop strategies for employee engagement, communications and operational delivery of health and well-being programmes for business with 10,000 to 150,000 employees.  Responsible for the programme life cycle from sales, quality assurance and operational management of the clinical teams throughout the UK; including management of the UK's largest sickness absence management team based from Salford Quays, using cutting edge technology for remote case management of stress and employee well-being.  

In addition to this, I undertook a 3 month secondment to undertake a clinical quality project on behalf of the medical directorate, to ensure that clinical and pathology standards were being met internally and by our external provider (TDL).  This involved site based audits, personnel interviews and presentation of findings and recommendations to the medical directorate, resulting in new processes, revised procedures, introduce annual QA checks and a class based training module within the staff induction process.

Operational, process and quality management of the customer experience both for individual and corporate clients, ranging from GP services through to fully managed on-site clinical delivery in the UK's top banks and insurance companies, such as Goldman Sachs, PWC, Deloittes, Andersen Consulting, Brakes.
