I didn’t come up through marketing.

I came up through finance.

Investing, M&A, diligence across hundreds of omnichannel brands.

I then became an operator, managing and deploying budgets directly and making the pitch to finance for more. 

The same questions came up every time:

Where should the next dollar actually go? How can we scale profitably? 

Marketing was always the largest variable line-item that went chronically underutilized. 

ROAS looked great in decks.

Cash flow and lifetime value told a different story.

The real issue wasn’t growth.

It was efficiency of working dollars - marketing, inventory, and capital tied up in the wrong bets.

So teams default to decisions without a more forward-thinking lens: 

• Optimize to what could be tracked with clicks

• Undervalue upper-funnel channels

• Cut spend that *looked* inefficient

• Then wonder why demand fell apart weeks later

That gap is why I joined Prescient.

Most tools explain yesterday yet ignore the reality that conditions on the field are constantly changing.

We focus on how dollars actually move the business - across channels, over time, and beyond last-click.

I am the Startup Operations at Source Medium, a full-service data & analytics company serving high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) and omnichannel eCommerce brands. As SOM, I oversee Admin operations, HR & Hiring, Compliance, Legal, AR/AP, project management, team management, and anything else that comes down the pipe. TLDR; if it needs to get done, I did it. If I couldn't do it, I found someone who could. I thrive in high volume, ambiguous environments where I have the latitude to implement SOP and find efficiencies.

This includes, but is not limited to: heavy calendar management, expense reporting, meeting organization and in depth, multinational travel planning and logistics. Additionally responsible for planning and implementation of yearly annual meetings both domestic and international. Overall execution of all office management procedures, IT adjunct, interim marketing support and facilities management.

As a first employee of Longwood, I was responsible for the set up and full operational management in regards to all things non-science related.  While supporting the three Managing Partners, I also assisted with the VC incubation and onboarding process for two portfolio companies.  Additionally I acted as a PA for the Managing Partners and their families to help oversee the day to day scheduling and travel arrangements.

Worked as an EA/PA for an industry physician to maintain the daily schedules and oversee all domestic needs (i.e., property vendors and workers, tutoring schedules and vehicle maintenance) while coordinating all professional and personal obligations.

Director of on campus Student Affairs Activities initiatives and Student Leadership Programs. (AKA, Director of Student Activities - directly reporting to the Dean of Student Affairs.) While at NEiA I implemented the first ever New Student Orientation Weekend. It was a very proud moment for me and the legacy I left behind.

Responsible for the overall well being of 12 buildings of students and their health and development needs.  Supervised 12 Resident Assistants and liaised directly with the Dean of Students in all disciplinary actions.

Currently I am the Director of Operations at Source Medium where I am overseeing administrative and operational processes for the seed stage startup. This role comes after 1.5 years as the Startup Operations Manager where I designed internal admin processes as the 4th FT hire.

Formerly I was the EA/EBP to the CEO at Give Legacy, Inc., where I handled the C-Suite day to day for the Series A start up (helping to raise a Series B in 12 months). In addition, I recruited 16 new employees in 14 months for the company, creating a world class onboarding experience for all new hires, and assisting in development of HR/People policies as the company grew. 

Prior to Legacy I held roles in Human Resources and Operations at a fast-growing startup after spending many years working alongside executives in venture capital and private equity in Boston.
Startups are my jam! I excel at creating systems and processes from scratch, building teams and operational SOPs, and pitching in wherever work is needed.
