This role was a SaaS B2B role, that sat within the Client Services Team, who are responsible for launching and optimising the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) for grocery retailers worldwide. 

I worked closely with internal teams, as well as implementation managers at my clients company to enable the transition from the client's current online grocery offering OR bricks & mortar stores to OSP. This role was cross functional and focused on the technology & logistics of an online grocery retailer i.e. everything from launching the customer mobile app, through to launching the technology that powers the highly automated Customer Fulfillment Centres (CFCs).

Achievements Include:
•	Running End-to-End testing of Sobeys first ever CFC in Ontario, Canada in preparation for a successful launch
•	Launching Sobeys Curbside Pickup in Nova Scotia, Canada, during the peak of the global pandemic in 2020, which utilises Ocado's In-Store Fulfillment Technology. 
•	Launching ICA's first OSP powered darkstore in Gothenburg, Sweden

Sitting within the Logistics Development Department, this role was based at one of Ocado's first robotic Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFC). This role consists of two parts; analysing & reporting data to the central business on the site ramp up model and managing implementation & continuous improvement projects.

Two year rotational graduate scheme in which I managed in four different areas of the business. This scheme has developed my ability to adapt & apply my skills to various areas of the company, as well as expanding my knowledge of a pure play FCMG retailer.

I was a key member of this small (8 man) team. I developed a great interest in the procurement process whilst being able to use my language skills. I was also fortunate to have gained insight into the world of pharmaceuticals, especially for such a renowned company.
