I love these days in particular, when the so much possibility is in the air. 

Whilst this week has seen more than it's fair share of chaos, I can't discount the positive ripple effect of these events.

In truth this isn't about the numbers.

It's about everyone who makes stuff like this happen.

The founders who took a chance on finding their people through us instead of just hoping they'd get lucky.

The 6,000+ execs who saw fractional as a real career path and not just a side thing.

The team who believed in the vision when we were a small group with a big idea and still back it now we're less small.

Every single fractional placement that worked out. Every advisor who has helped a founder avoid an expensive mistake, or raise funding, or land their first 1000 cusotmers. Every connection that was made that changed a business’ trajectory.

That's what this billboard actually represents.

Four years ago I had an idea that the best talent and advisors should be accessible to everyone, not just the people with existing networks and the ‘right contacts’.

Now it's becoming mainstream. And we're right in the middle of it.

To everyone who's been part of this - the early believers, the team who built it, the customers who trusted us.
