Took a cohort of 40 MBA students through a week-long negotiation program. We covered the different types of negotiations, styles of negotiation, multi-issue and multi-party negotiations. We also analysed personality styles, sales conversations, overcoming objections, trance inductions and storytelling to get results. Participants then needed to complete 2 essays analysing and preparing a negotiation case study and their negotiation journal reflecting on what they'd learnt and needed to apply into the future.
