Three plus decades of experience have taken me across engineering, military services, and specialized operations where discretion and precision were the only currencies. For much of that time, I served as a Tier-1 special operations contractor, providing global support to leading government agencies through Special Services Global and Beta Epsilon. The work was unseen, yet always decisive.

Today, I channel that experience into Covert Kinetics, where I serve as Global Operations Director. The business is a continuation of years spent delivering discreet support on complex assignments, now applied to investigative services and specialized project operations for clients across borders and industries.

My background blends technical depth in asset integrity, cyber security, and data analytics with the ability to manage sensitive operations under pressure. What connects it all is a simple principle - hunting risks before they surface and creating pathways where none are obvious.

Employ your 20s instead:

- Learn a skill
- Write a book
- Start a family
- Build a business
- Strengthen your body

Set the foundation now to crush the rest of your life with ease.

Find the work you would do 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗳 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂.

Then find a way to make it pay.

That's the real secret.

If you want to grow faster, write better content.

If you want to write better content, write more content.

If you want to write more content, spend more time writing.

There are no shortcuts. Put in the work.

Great writers read more fiction than non-fiction.

Great writers master the details without missing the big picture.

The reason you find writing hard is that you give up writing because writing is hard.

From Rory Sutherland:

"The opposite of a good idea can also be a good idea. Don’t design for average. It doesn’t pay to be logical if everyone else is being logical."

Don't design for average, don't write for it either.

Look if you want to be a writer:

Learn to love writing.

People will tell you it's finding ideas that matter but if that was true you could just hire someone.

Learn to love words for their own sake, and you'll get good.

It's the only way.

You can read a thousand books and be dumber than someone who read ten books and understood them.

It's not that you're short of time.

It's that you're short of purpose.

Believe me, when you have a purpose that's driving you forward, an obsession that keeps you going, a drive that powers you...

...you will find the time.

There is no "hack" to writing well.

Just practice

As a former accountant, Henry Ford was so real for this:

"Interestingly, the likes of Steve Jobs, James Dyson, Elon Musk and Peter Thiel often seem certifiably bonkers; Henry Ford famously despised accountants – the Ford Motor Company was never audited while he had control of it."

"Good writing doesn’t come naturally, though most people seem to think it does."

A lot of bad writing comes from not understanding this quote.
