Not because I disappeared.

I’ve just been staying lowkey, testing ideas and keeping up with how fast marketing is changing.

With AI, Google updates, and changing user behaviour, there’s a lot to figure out right now, and that’s what makes it interesting.

 – 7,000 new followers (and counting)

I’m not a social media expert, but I spend a lot of time paying attention to how platforms reward specific formats and how distribution actually works.

I’ll be documenting this experiment, along with other growth and marketing tests I’m running in my newsletter.

Discovery used to be relatively simple...✅

You optimised for Google and if you did that well, everything else tended to follow.

That assumption no longer holds...❌

Today, discovery happens across overlapping systems:

-search engines
-AI engines
-social feeds

Each algorithm interprets “relevance" differently.

The mistake I see marketing teams making is optimising deeply for one system and assuming it translates cleanly to the others.

From what I have seen, it does not.

Marketing teams who are adapting fastest aren’t chasing channels.

They’re debunking visibility across multiple layers and creating strategies accordingly.

That shift requires a different way of thinking about content, structure, and how to build authority.

A lot of my work right now is consulting businesses to help them understand what’s actually holding them back.
