Assistant Director managing the day-to-day operations of the EAN program which is dedicated to helping Black and Latino entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses.  

Responsibilities include interacting with the CEO/Founder participants and maintaining strong relationships with them; aiding the local Partner Champions and Program Managers with their activities and coordinating national program networking webcasts and events.

Lead a team of volunteers that make significant contributions at the operations level including aiding with the EAN alumni program, developing external communications and tracking reports.

Accountable for program budget, internal executive reporting on a quarterly basis, Executive Sponsor and Partner communications, operations updates and participant newsletters.

Work closely with the General Counsel’s Office, Risk Management, Independence and Investigations teams and aid with the creation of all program curriculum and collateral materials.

In charge of the development of the EAN award database; maintaining external sponsor relationships and managing Business Relationship submissions as well as overseeing the maintenance of ey.com/ean and other internal library sites.

Entrepreneurs Access Network (EAN) Program Manager

Helped execute EY’s Markets strategy enabling account teams to have access to relevant tools, information and support empowering them to consistently win in the market.

Responsibilities included supporting our enablement programs such as our quarterly Market Segment Leader webcasts, and annual live meetings so that MSLs could share leading practices. 

Project managed other go to market initiatives including driving market activity and growth for the US Health sector and offering operations support to the Health Board. 

Balanced multiple priorities including the creation of presentation decks and internal marketing communications and help to coordinate other one-off events such as sector elevation sessions.

Managed the design and organization of the Americas Markets MSL SharePoint site and ensured that knowledge articles, market statistics and the MSB Online Directory, among other enablers were kept current.

Provided advanced application and operational support for EY’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool, InterAction, across the Americas.

Responsibilities included creation of knowledge and teaching documentation, providing training sessions to groups and aiding with change management overall.

Served as the liaison for our CRM operations teams in Canada, Central and South America and was responsible for engaging key country personnel to understand user trends and issues and relay pivotal overall operations messages. 

Worked directly with account teams, partners and key system stakeholders in order to develop user best practices and guidance documents.

Drove new revenues for EY’s key Fortune 500 accounts by mapping and managing relationship development and ensuring account plan strategies were prioritized and followed. 

Provided project management on every day account activities and proactively supported the firm’s top level business development partners and service line teams.

SEC Registered Marketing Associate for a prestigious asset management firm.  Responsible for all aspects of marketing and client servicing including the giving of marketing presentations and seminars to brokers and clients.  Responsibilities also entailed being the Ashland Management liaison for the Merrill Lynch Consults computer bulletin board service, aiding with the writing and publishing of the AMI quarterly newsletter, translating marketing materials into Spanish and interacting with non-English speaking clients whenever necessary.

I have been with EY for more than 15 years and in my current role I champion diverse-owned businesses and manage the day-to-day operations of the Entrepreneurs Access Network program which is dedicated to helping Black and Latino entrepreneurs grow and scale their companies.  

Upon joining EY, I served as an Account Manager in Business Development in the Automotive and Transportation sector, before joining the Americas Markets team, serving as the CRM liaison to Canada, Central, and South America, where my fluency in five languages was key in communication while developing knowledge and training collateral materials. 

Prior to joining EY, I attended New York University, working concurrently as a legal proofreader at Weil, Gotschal & Manges, and graduated with a Double Major in Latin American Literature and Italian Literature.  After the completion of my studies, I worked on Wall Street for Ashland Management, obtaining my Series 65, before spending seven years in the luxury goods industry as an Account Manager with several companies including Van Cleef & Arpels and Cartier.
