31Ten is a Shanghai-based digital agency bridging together strategic thinking and technical expertise. We help multinationals and startups alike with our digital strategy, marketing, tech and UX-UI solutions. 

As the Head of UX-UI at  31Ten, I am responsible for what the digital product looks and feels like. I manage the usability aspects of all digital projects, collaborating with the strategy & development teams to make sure we build the best solution for the business challenge we’re facing. 

Key Accomplishments: 

➨ Revamped the free Wi-Fi portal of both Shanghai’s airports. This interface is receiving >2M visitors a year. 
➨ Entirely redesigned the user-experience, flow and interface of a consumer bank’s main internal web application.

Sharktopus is a side project of mine to cover all my creative services out of 31Ten’s scope, namely branding and purely creative/artistic projects. Since inception, I have helped numerous clients from diverse industries with their corporate supports and visual identity. I tend to specialize in illustration based designs.

I was in charge of a team of 2 designers and took the direction of all the visual and usability aspects of Sekkei’s projects, helping the company retain and gain more clients. 
Key Accomplishments: 
➨ Designed the official Chinese website and social media properties for one of the world’s biggest video game editor
➨ Created style guides, concept art, and maintained a consistent visual direction on the behalf of varied clients from very diverse industries : B2B, B2C, F&B etc.

One day, while I was living the classic life of a student in China and giving a presentation, I had a chat with the General Manager of the Sofitel Beijing. At the end of our meeting, the General Manager told me that he really liked the way I worked and would be delighted to welcome me to his team for an internship.

Especially as President François Hollande will be visiting in November, it's a golden opportunity. I had two choices: do my last semester of study (with 2 days of classes) quietly or combine classes and internship to seize this opportunity.

As you can imagine, I chose to take the plunge. The only thing I knew about the hotel business at the time was my own nights spent in hotel rooms.

Because of my profile, I'm a quick learner and adapt easily. In the end, I found myself dealing with clients who were each crazier than the last, from the Prince of UAE to the Vice-President of Colombia to the President of France, you name it. My semester was intense.

I learned what it meant to deliver a top-notch customer experience by offering a personalized moment that made their stay unforgettable.

I know because, in addition to managing a team of 4 people, I was in charge of analyzing customer feedback. Seeing my name mentioned in customer feedbacks was always an indescribable pleasure.

Of course, I also received complaints, so I had to learn how to deal with them.

Ma première expérience en entreprise et j'ai appris à organiser des événements tout autour du monde sans jamais m'y déplacer. 🌏

J'ai appris à créer des supports visuels sans Canva car à l'époque ça n'existait pas encore. 💥 Et j'en ai fait de toutes les tailles et pour tous les canaux: Flyers, posters, Annonce Google, Posts sur les réseaux sociaux...) 
J'ai utilisé les tableaux excel pour de vrai cas pratique, et voir si le ROI de mon travail (haka trouver des médias pour promouvoir nos évènements ) était correct. 
J'ai finalement beaucoup utilisé Google pour chercher des partenaires qui pourraient nous aider à faire connaitre nos évènements dans les villes concernés. 

Puis comme dans toute entreprise j'ai réalisé à quelle point on perdait du temps en passation d'information et que les process n'étaient pas vraiment écrit clair. 🤔
J'ai donc pris l'initative de créer la bible du stagiaire ou j'ai laissé tout mon savoir afin que le prochain stagiaire ait toutes les informations nécessaires à un endroit. 

Mine de rien ce fut les prémices de mon expérience en formation.🎓
