* Created an internal API for an AI Chatbot. Using RAG to feed the LLM with relevant code snippets to enable our developers to find faster what they are interested in. 
Covered the main areas with unit tests in a TDD fashion. 
Added E2E Tests as well.
CI/CD with merges into main branch being pushed straight into production.

* Full refactor of our Workers template used in special projects. Switched to Hono framework.

* Successfully transitioned to Jira Cloud. Rewrote custom scripts that we had and other workflow improvements. Continuously adjusted behavior based on feedback received.

Some achievements and actions I contributed to:

* Detached the reporting side in one of the products so that the Data Team can work independently and provide higher throughput.

* Supervised the E2E Test suit migration from Selenium to Cypress, leading to a 300-500% increase in runtime speed, allowing the team to intervene faster when issues occurred.

* Added, for the first time, data quality checks with real-time alerts. This allowed the team to be aware of data importing issues before finding out from the customers.

* Introduced a new Support Triage system to decrease the pressure on the engineering team, leading to an increase of velocity.

* Completely revamped the engineering documentation for end users, leading to an increase in satisfaction and decrease in the number of support tickets.

* Introduced a mechanism to upgrade older parts of the legacy system. This enabled the team to develop new features in an environment with latest version of PHP and Symfony.

* Kick-started an initiative to sync UI between the 2 projects, leading to an increase in user satisfaction.

* Created dashboards to be used for internal analytics to help in product management, leading to a better ability for the management to data-driven decisions.

* Introduced a live, public, Status Page for one of the products as well as an on-call rotation mechanism for the engineering department.

* Deployed logs + error collection systems with filtering and real-time alert system.

* Introduced Feature Flags to increase agility and time to market for feedback.

* Held internal workshops company-wide to increase the technical literacy and encourage use of AI where applicable.

Finally, started a cultural change for the engineering team to become much more agile. This lead to changes in the way they organized, the way they worked, the code written, the PRs created, the planning process etc. 
Having this, allowed the team to have their very first Quarterly Roadmap completed > 80%.

Last week, stuck in traffic on a slow Monday morning, I found myself staring at a giant hoarding. Just as the signal turned green, it flipped, If you’re reading this, we mistimed it. Next time we’ll catch you at red.

I laughed. Alone. In my car. No celebrity. No offer. Just a line that met me in the exact second my mind was drifting.

It reminded me how unexpectedly a small, well-timed moment can shift your whole day. Most of the time, motivation doesn’t arrive as a big breakthrough.
 Sometimes it appears during a red light on a random Monday, taps your shoulder, and says, Hey, slow down. Look around. Life is happening right here.

That hoarding stayed with me because it wasn’t loud. It was simply timed right, and that made it feel human.

So my reminder for the week: Pay attention to the little cues.
 
Sometimes the timing speaks louder than the message. Here’s to the small moments that find us exactly when we need them.

My building lift takes exactly seven floors to make or break small talk. This morning, a neighbour asked, So… what do you do? I said, I fix tiny frictions. He laughed. Like this lift?

That little joke stayed with me longer than I expected.

It made me realise, every interaction gets its own tiny lift ride, just a few seconds before the moment moves on. Those first few seconds are often kinder, lighter, and more powerful than we think. A smile, a hello, a shared laugh… sometimes that’s all it takes to make things feel a little more human.

And on days when the world feels heavy, like the quiet ache we all felt hearing about the Red Fort blast, these small gestures matter even more. They remind us that humanity doesn’t always show up in grand ways; often it appears in the simplest, softest moments.

People don’t open up because everything is perfect; they open up because something feels easy, welcoming, and genuine from the beginning.

Your lift ride with someone, short as it is, is a chance to make things brighter, softer, and a bit more human.

कर भला, हो भला। And maybe that’s why even the smallest kindness can gently shift the world in the right direction.

I got a wedding e-invite this morning while I was still half curled up in bed, that quiet space between sleep and real life. Two buttons showed up on the screen, one to RSVP and one that said “Send a little love.” I pressed the second one without thinking much.

It opened to a small box to write a note. I sat there a second longer, choosing my words carefully, because suddenly it didn’t feel like just tapping a screen. It felt like I was being let into a small, important moment of their life. I typed a few lines, backspaced half of them, rewrote it, and hit send.

It stayed with me longer than I expected. Not because of the note, but because of the feeling of being able to show up for someone without effort, without overthinking, without delay. Just a quiet chance to say, I’m happy for you. I’m here.
It made me think about all the moments we let pass by just because life gets loud. The texts we draft and never send. The calls we keep postponing. The love we feel but don’t always express.

So today, maybe just try not to ignore that soft nudge inside you. The one that makes you think of someone. The one that makes your chest feel a little warm for no clear reason. Those moments matter more than we give them credit for.

This Monday doesn’t need grand plans. Just a small honesty. And maybe a little more heart than usual.

It's been a few days since I canceled a streaming trial recently and was fully expecting the usual headache, the guilt questions, the tiny “actually cancel” link, the desperate last-minute offers.

But instead, there was just one button: Cancel. Plain. Honest. No attitude.
And it caught me off guard how good that felt. It was like, Oh… you’re treating me like an adult. Thanks.

I ended up telling a couple of friends because it was such a rare experience. I even remembered the brand in a positive way, which almost never happens when you’re leaving something.

And funny enough, I actually went back a month later when I needed the service again, not because they pushed me, but because the whole thing felt clean.

It made me realize how much a simple, respectful exit changes the whole feeling of a relationship with a brand. When leaving isn’t a fight, you don’t carry the bad taste with you.

Honestly, it’s quite funny how the gentlest goodbyes are the ones that make you feel welcome to return.
