I helped build Ontario Courts' new digital face (https://www.ontariocourts.ca/ocj/) by crafting dynamic WordPress components and custom templates that deliver intuitive navigation and engaging user experiences. Using custom PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, I engineered responsive solutions that met AODA compliance across all devices. My work included migrating legacy content and developing detailed style guides, setting new standards for digital accessibility and judicial engagement.

Ontario Ministry of Education

I led the development of digital solutions for the Ontario Ministry of Education, spearheading projects like EO Portal and MyEOIS. I gathered business requirements through collaborative Joint Application Design sessions to craft user-centric WordPress solutions using PHP and JavaScript. I managed a development team on a $250K budget, designing a detailed development plan for the Employment Ontario web portal used by over 900 government employees. I trained OPS staff on WordPress content management and facilitated rigorous QA and UAT testing, ensuring all deliverables met industry standards and AODA compliance. This role was pivotal in delivering scalable, high-performance digital solutions that enhanced the ministry’s operational efficiency.

I ensured Adidas Group’s IT infrastructure was always at peak performance, supporting $100M in sales operations. I maintained network servers, printers, and mobile devices, managed Linux IPTV via Ubuntu, and developed dynamic PHP/JavaScript solutions for an IPTV guide website. I also documented IT processes and requirements, provided after-hours support and server patching, and delivered timely technical assistance to both retail and corporate teams. My role was pivotal in streamlining IT operations and boosting employee productivity.

System Support Analyst

I built a two-story LEGO house once.

Living room, kitchen, garage.

Halfway through the second floor, I ran out of pieces.

That mindset has guided my career ever since.
