As a Talent Acquisition Intern, I had the following responsibilities:-

1. Source and Screen Candidates:
-Utilized various sourcing channels like LinkedIn and job portals to identify potential candidates.
-Screened resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
-Conducted initial phone screenings to assess the candidate's qualifications and interests.

2. Manage the Recruitment Process:
-Scheduled and coordinated interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
-Managed candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

3. Support Onboarding:
-Coordinated with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
-Prepared necessary documentation and assist with paperwork.
-Provided support to new hires during their initial days at HomeLane.

Additional Responsibilities:
-Assisted with data entry and maintenance of recruitment records

Hey! I’m Ananya Nair, currently diving into my MBA journey after completing my undergrad in Business Administration. I’ve always been drawn to both Marketing and Human Resources, two fields that mix creativity, people, and strategy most excitingly.

I’ve had the chance to explore both during my internships. First at HomeLane as a Talent Acquisition Intern, I worked on sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Then at Moshi Moshi, a creative advertising agency, I recruited for roles like design, content, and strategy. These experiences made me realise how much I enjoy working with people and helping build strong, creative teams.

I’m energetic, adaptable, and always curious. Whether it's brainstorming campaigns, building people-first workplaces, or learning new things. I’m all in.

Right now, I'm focused on growing through my MBA, learning from every experience, and discovering where I can make the most impact in Marketing and HR.
