Track every inflow and outflow. Don't just glance at numbers, understand where money is going and make proactive decisions to keep the business running smoothly.

2. Sell before you build. 

Don't spend months creating a product no one wants. Talk to real customers, validate ideas, and get commitments first. It saves time, money, and ensures real demand.

3. Prioritize velocity over perfection. 

Speed beats perfection every time. Launch quickly, gather feedback, and iterate persistently. Waiting for perfection only slows growth and kills opportunities.
