• Strongly contributed to the creation and implementation of Swiss Re Foundation's strategy "Empower the community – Build resilience" (key initiatives: employee engagement, impact measurement, operating model)
• Facilitated and maintained a close relationship with global partners such as Ashoka, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ) or Impact Hub
• Managed various grant requests submitted to Swiss Re Foundation's Board of Trustees

• Led and monitored the development of a Learning Centre towards a social business in accordance with schedules and milestones as per business plan
• Supervised the local Head of the Learning Centre and prepared the team on the continuation of the Learning Centre after the termination of the assignment

• Appointed to a team of four Swiss Re employees to build-up the Swiss Re Foundation as a new and independent global legal entity

• Supervised various projects in both of Swiss Re Foundation's main areas of activity (Community Programmes / Global Programmes) and worked closely with partner organizations

From Switzerland to Cambodia, San Francisco to Portugal, my path has always centered on meaningful work. I’ve helped shape Swiss Re’s CSR strategy and co-founded and scaled a purpose-driven startup in the Bay Area.

After stepping down as CEO of teroGO (formerly atlasGO) in 2024 following its acquisition, I took a sabbatical. It was a rare pause after years of intense building. That time helped me reconnect with what energizes me most: supporting founders and mission-driven teams with clarity, structure, and heart.

Today, I run purRpose, a coaching and consulting practice for individuals and businesses looking to grow with intention. I also serve as a Founding Partner at Encanto, a values-based rural real estate venture in Portugal.

I bring two decades of experience in impactful entrepreneurship, strategy, leadership, and navigating change. I thrive at the intersection of purpose and execution.
