Augmented permanently in Motive's compliance team. With the goal of helping companies stay compliant and save up on insurance costs by reducing driving violations on truck drivers in the US and Canada.

Client work (MOTIVE): 
- Revamped Motive's trip management system to separate GPS-based trip tracking from ELD compliance, supporting non-ELD fleets. Engaged with 10+ customers to gather insights and develop solutions for updating trip assignment workflows.
- Improved Motive's facial recognition system (Face Match) to enhance driver identification, predicted to increase resolved trips by 20% and improve safety, compliance, and driver satisfaction for trucking companies

Internal Venture Dive work:
- Created a new landing page for Venture Dive’s “Ethr design system” using Figma and Framer, aiming to drive adoption and increase sales for its latest version.
- Created content design system for Ethr: Researched top design systems and Ethr's components to develop guidelines improving messaging and inclusive UX copy for designers.

- Improved experience with existing features in the vendor returns process and PO creation process in Retailo’s warehouse management system portal
- Led research and design of a mobile app to digitize the manual good returns process followed in the warehouse, currently in development

- Improved existing search experience of Retailo consumer app increasing 12% in active search users and 33% in customers who updated their cart through search
- Designed a widget for T20 World Cup resulting in 2x higher app engagement on IND-PAK match day compared to a typical Sunday
- Applied RTL UI principles to localize Retailo App features in Urdu and Arabic languages with a 25% adoption rate
