The result: 
- A local team with wide skills focused only on strategic initiatives (websites Design System, innovative games, cultural transformation)
- The delivery of Design Thinking learning labs (small and frequent efforts) and Designathons (big-bang efforts), using it as a vessel to lead the cultural transformation and the strategy to define the long-term vision of different business areas.

- An innovation space created using time efficiencies where we practiced business experimentation using the Design Thinking approach (experimentation and scale)

I spent 4 years guiding founders and business leaders, helping them gain traction through simplified yet impactful design strategies. Today, I am taking my framework to design students, so they can learn (directly from the industry) a clear framework for design management and design strategy. 

🌱 On a more personal note, Tobias and Theo, my two boys, are my most meaningful design project. I find balance through meditation and Movement Practice, perpetually seeking new avenues for learning and personal growth.
