Responsibilities included maintaining standards of excellence in quality and merchandising, task assignment, training associates, providing feedback to associates as well as to my manager, inventory accuracy, and hitting department specific KPI targets.

Promotion to department manager. Responsible for supervising a team of associates tasked with supporting the zoning of the store, merchandise recovery, greeting, and cashier breaks. Daily tasks included scheduling breaks, assigning associates to areas of the store to cover for zoning and customer experience, assigning tasks given to me by management, and following up on all of the above.
